Home has an open floor plan with a large eat in kitchen. The living room and dining room combine in a very large great room configuration with a wood burning fireplace, including three walkouts to the back patio area. The brick patio has a fountain and bar with a refrigerator and misting system which makes it great for entertaining or relaxing. The back patio also has a fire pit and gas BBQ.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms each having their own baths and large walk-in closets for plenty of storage. Off the master suite there is a walk out balcony. Between the the two bedrooms there is a spacious area which can be used as a bedroom, TV room or office. There is a TV in one room and in the loft, also a TV downstairs for a total of three televisions. This Scottsdale vacation rental aslo has Wi-Fi and a Garage.
Community pool, spa and clubhouse available for use. Close to many golf courses and Cave Creek area.

30 years ago myself and four friends had our 1st long weekend together and we have been getting together every year since. Now, we are spread out all over the US and I am the only one on the West Coast. Usually I fly East but this year they all flew to me and I picked a beautiful house on Balboa Island. Everyone was thrilled. The house was perfect, the location was perfect and we had a blast. I was searching on the computer for someplace to go and came across Vacation Home Rentals and found the perfect location and the perfect house. Since there are five of us, we need more than a hotel room and enjoy the freedom of being able to cook a meal if we want. We are now looking for next year. Thanks for a great web site

Thanks again for everything. We loved the Villa. The boys played golf every day and swam every night. Only bad news is now they go home to their "mini TV". Guess who is asking for a new Plasma for Christmas! We'll do this agin next year.
