N.E. Scottsdale, AZ. Luxury 1900 sq. ft. newly remodeled 3BR, 3BA furnished duplex patio home. Light & bright, very clean, with new plush carpeting. Two car garage and grassy front yard. Gated courtyard entrance with patio and private back yard with citrus trees. Large dining room easily seats 8 and has a separate eat-in area off the kitchen. The washer and dryer are in utility area off the 1/2 bath. All towels and bedding are furnished & kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances & microwave. A 50 inch large screen TV, VCR, DVD player, with satellite service in living room with beautiful travertine fireplace. Ceiling fans, vaulted or high ceilings, arched doorways, skylights, and plantation shutters throughout. Master bedroom is downstairs with a king bed, large walk-in closet and door to the patio. Beautiful master bathroom is tiled and has an awesome "snail" shower and granite counters. Large bedroom upstairs has a queen bed with a desk. Bathroom is between the bedrooms. Small bedroom has a twin bed. Water, electric, TV satellite, wireless internet, & utilities included. Access to Vontage phone if needed. Nearest intersection is N. 96th St. and Sweetwater Dr. Heated HOA pool & spa, lighted tennis courts, & greenbelt with walking paths. November thru April is $3,000 per month and May thru October is $2,O00 per month. Non-refundable $150 cleaning fee and refundable $500 deposit. Will consider weekly rentals. You won't believe what you get for the price! Owners next door for great customer service. Have NOT rented to dogs, but will consider.

Duplex patio home is located in private complex (Sweetwater Ranch Villages) and is 1 block from the heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Very quiet & private community with only one entrance into area. Big shade trees with grassy common areas and walking trails. Mostly senior "snowbirds" own or vacation in the area.

Very friendly, active community near:
Shopping centers, grocery stores, restaurants, movie theaters, resorts (Princess)
Golf courses (Phoenix Open), Starfire formerly Scottsdale Country Club. It's a five minute drive to the FBR OPEN/TPC Scottsdale.
Westworld / Events: Arabian Horse Show, Jackson Barrett Car Auction
Hospitals -Scottsdale Healthcare, Mayo Clinic & Mayo Hospital.
Scottsdale Public Libraries - Arabian & Mustang are very close as is McDowellRanch Aquatic Center with skateboarding park and fitness center.
For ASU Fans and Fiesta Bowl visitors, the condo is 20 minutes from the ASU Stadium.

Our two weeks at this home were very comfortable, quiet, and enjoyable. The property had all the amenities, the space, and easy access to the greater Phoenix area. We enjoyed morning coffee and BBQ evenings on the private patio. The fresh fruit trees were an added touch. Our hosts, and their neighbors,were friendly and helpful in finding our destinations. We'd recommend other renters consider this property.
