this property has been rented many times without one complaint in fact there have been repeat renters, the home was professionally cleaned before thes people checked in, they tried to get out of paying rent for one month and one day, that is what this is all about, they also ruined the TV by switching plugs, the ruined a piece of furniture by removing it from upstairs and throwing it in the garage, every cupboard had all of the things removed and not put back all of the furniture was moved and not put back, they were not charged a cleaning fee or deposit and they ran the electric bill $200 each month over the normal bill, when I checked the home the electric was on 60 degrees on all three air conditioners,
these renters moved everything in the home, all the furniture, cleaning out cupboards putting things in garbage bags or in the garage, some of the things are ruined.
these people complained because they tried to get out of paying rent, they did not send the balance of rent before arrival with an excuse of not having the money, then refused to pay, they also came a day early and expected it to be free, then they sent part of the money saying that the property was not clean after they had been there a month, they kept calling my handyman to fix things that did not need to be repaired, I have several people that will testify the property was in great condition, they also threatened me with an attorney, I offered them there money back but they did not want to leave in 22years of rentals these people were the worst tenants trying to get free rent, this home is 2600 sq ft on the golf course and lake, the rent was way below other properties they also broke a glass table ran up the electric bill to over three times the normal amount, and received free rent property owners & managers, do not rent to these people.
the air cond are not on the roof, the appliances are all less then six months new, sheets still in package, towels three months new, not sure why they could not sleep perhaps because it was a new place and he is 81 years old, filters are changed once a month
people love it! the neighborhood, location, views are wonderful
