Great home

We stayed here Jan-Mar 2012 and the property was excellent. It was well furnished and very clean. The owner met us on our first day and walked thru everything. Also, his property manager lives nearby and was always available if we had a question. We had two minor service issues and they were rectified immediately. The home was fully furnished and everything was top line. We could not have been happier with the property.

We stayed from Jan-March. The home is exceptional.Inside & Out. The location is perfect for shopping,eating,golfing,& access is convient for most everything. Especially the secret gate. The pool is sparkling & 85, always. The neighborhood is very quiet. The only deficeit would be not having a BBQ & enough lounge area in the back yard. We still want to come back next year & highly recommend a visit !!!

My husband and I have had the pleasure of renting this home for a total of five months in the past two years. It is an attractive and comfortable home in a quiet, nicely landscaped, gated community only a stroll away from good restraunts and small shops. With easy access to numerous golf courses, bike trails, hiking trails, the airport, ASU athletic events, baseball parks, cultural events, and public transportation, we find this home to have: THE BEST LOCATION IN SCOTTSDALE!
