This charming 2 bedroom 2 bath 1400sq foot home is not luxurious but is quite comfortable and is in a fastastic location and neighborhood. 1/4 mile from Scottsdale's premier Shopping, Old Town Restuarants, and well known Nightlife.
Large Master suite and smaller second bedroom both have back patio access. Retro red Metal fireplace. Bathrooms have original cast iron tubs. No dishwasher.
Washer and dryer included - 2 car garage -
