Vacation Rental Description
This 1530 sq ft house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, great room, full kitchen, dining area, utility room, den and a two car garage. It is located in a nice, small, quiet Scottsdale neighborhood. I just recently had new tile installed and it looks great! The master bedroom has a queen size bed, two nightstands, six drawer dresser, lamp table, telephone and a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin size beds, nightstand, and a five drawer chest.
Area Description
Located in beautiful Scottsdale, my home is only a 15-20 minute drive to popular shopping centers such as Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale and Kierland Commons. For golf enthusiasts, there is the Phoenician, the Orange Tree Golf Resort and Talking Stick Golf Club. Casino Arizona and Fort McDowell Casino offers you a chance at slots or cards. McDowell Mountain Regional Park and Piestewa Peak provide hiking opportunities. My home resides near the northern tip of the Scottsdale "greenbelt" which provides biking and walking activities. Forest covered mountains are only a two hour drive away!
