Area Description

Situated in a family community called Desert Views, this home is 1/2 mile from Four Seasons at Troon North and the well-known Pinnacle Peak hiking trail. It is also minutes from great restaurants such as the Painted Horse Cafe and Maestro's Steakhouse. Less than minutes down the road at the intersection of Pinnacle Peak Rd and Pima Rd is a Starbucks, Walgreens, Bank of America, Chase, and A.J.'s, a gourmet supermarket with incredible take-out, baked goods, wines from all over the world, fresh meats and fish, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Golf courses such as Troon, Troon North, and Grayhawk are less than 20 minutes away, as is TPC Scottsdale, home of the FBR OPEN from January 28-February 3rd.

Downtown Scottsdale and the art galleries on Marshall Way are a 20-30 minute drive using the I-101. Nearby shopping areas include the Scottsdale Galleria, Kierland Commons (Crate and Barrel, Restoration Hardware, Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs), and all the usual chains from Wal-Mart to Costco to Best Buy.
