This 1500 square foot, single story, three bedroom home is located in central Scottsdale. The condo is a second home for the Arizona based owner and has all you need to feel right at home.
The home features all the finer luxuries of home including, Brazilian slate stone tile, hard wood floors, leather couches, outdoor patio, great appliances, one of a kind art, Plush pillow-top mattress, and a great back yard and patio.
The master bedroom includes a King size bed with reading lamp and nightstand, solid wood blinds, drapes, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, as well as a very comfortable reading chair, floor lamp, and six drawer dresser.
The Master bedroom has a huge closet complete with hangers and ironing board. Master bathroom has a full shower, slate stone tile, maple vanity, granite countertop, and 100%cotton towels.
The second and third bedrooms have Queen beds.
The community includes a great pool, BBQ grill, lounge chairs, etc.
Within a few minutes drive you can Tee it up at some of the best golf courses Scottsdale has to offer.
The owner likes to rent the unit a minimum of seven days but will look at weekend rentals during “off peak” seasons.
