CHILDREN OF ALL AGES WILL LOVE OUR HOME AS IT IS CONVINIENTLY LOCATED CLOSE TO A 10 ACRE SPORTS PARK WITH EVERY IMAGIONABLE FACILITY TO CATER FOR ALL TASTES IN SPORTS AND LEISURE.

PERFECT ALSO AS A RETREAT FOR A PARTY OF ADULTS AS OUR HOME OFFERS SPACIOUS ACCOMODATION AND LUXURIOUS, DESIGNER FINISHES THROUGHOUT.TE HOUSE SLEEPS 8 PEOPLE COMFORTABLY IN 4 BEDROOMS, BUT IF ADDITIONAL ROOM IS REQUIRED WE HAVE A HUGE GAMES ROOM WITH A SCREEN SIZED T.V.THAT ACCOMODATES AT LEAST 2 MORE GUESTS.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor with a luxurious king sized bed. There are three additional bedrooms on the second floor with either a king, queen or double sized bed.

The backyard is perfect for relaxing poolside in the Arizona sunshine. There is a covered patio with ample seating space. Resort-style pool, open fireplace, high-speed wireless internet, lawn hammocks and if you come in the right season, an abundance of oranges, lemons and grapefruits!.

The interior features a spacious living room and dining area with a high 18ft ceiling.

The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with granite counters, filtered water, tile floors and is fully equipped with every necessity.

• Required Stay: 2 nights minimum
   
• Deposits: When the booking is made 50% of rental fee is due. The balance of the rental fee, plus the cleaning fee is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations: FULL REFUND is given minus $150 administration fee when cancellation notice is given thirty days before arrival date. In the event that cancellation notice is given with less than 30 days notice, a full refund minus the $150 admin fee will be given only if we are able to re-book those dates.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning fee: $200. Pet fee of 175 is required which is non refundable .The fee is used to steam clean and sanitise the home at the end of your stay. We do not charge a deposit, but expect guests to arrange for replacement items or pay for us to replace items which may be necessary during your stay if anything is accidently broken.

I just hope it doesnt' cost me my time slot for next year..great property, great location, great owner...just friggin great...we had a blast...David, your place rocks!!!
