The backyard is perfect for relaxing poolside in the Arizona sunshine. There is a large covered patio with ample, comfortable seating space for outdoor dining . In The 7 Yrs.i Have Been Renting Online I Have Dealth With Anyone Like The Owner.started Off With Many Problems,eg.pool Heater Broken(no Heater Exsist)to Tv's That Don't Work To Disposal That Are Broken.i Paid $200 For Cleaning Services(which They Do)and She Starts Charging Me For Garbage Removal,shampooing Of Rugs & Other Problems.she Is Totally In Denial & A Cheat.although The House Is Nice,there Is Hell To Pay Once You Leave.i Left No Damage & She Refuses To Give Me Back My Deposit.i Have Never Been So Insulted In All My Years Of Renting.so Those In Need Of Renting,look Elsewhere Or Pay The Price. An Extra $500.she Comes Across As Nice,but Beware.she Does Not Always Tell The Truth.good Luck!

Upon deciding which property we were going to rent in Scottsdale, Arizona, our first and foremost request was to have a home with an on-site pool equipped with a heater. We were promised such amenities with Lauren Jensen's property on 9129 E. Davenport in Scottsdale. The day previous to our arrival, upon contacting the home owner for the key code entry, we were informed that the pool heater was not working. We were disappointed, however in order to compensate for the inconvenience we agreed upon an earlier check-in time of 3 p.m., and later check-out time of 2 p.m. would compensate for the cost of heating the pool, which was $100 per our written and signed contract. Upon arrival, the cleaning staff, which included Ms. Jensen and her family, was still in the midst of heavy cleaning as well as installing a new lock on the front door. Their services were not completed until after 4:30 p.m., not allowing us too truly “check-in” until that time. We also learned at that time the pool filter was damaged and not working properly and the pool heater might not be fixed during our stay. We were promised a pool repairman would arrive the following morning and that the addition of a solar cover for the pool and a kiddy pool for our eager toddlers would be provided. Neither the pool man showed up, nor was a kiddy pool provided and the solar cover did not meet the same standards as a pool heater would have. The pool heater was broken, and never fixed during our stay. The filter was also broken so the pool was filthy. We had purposely booked this place because of the private pool but did not get to use it all week. Floors were dirty, dish washer was leaking. We even had to buy our own toilet paper. The owner was very hard to get in touch with and did not even return our phone calls. On our fourth day, the water department shut the water off and put a disconnection notice on the front door. We had to call the water board and ask them to turn it back on because we were in a rental home. Then the ceiling in the master bath started leaking water and the ceiling was buckling. When we contacted the owner again, she only responded via email and did not fix the leak during our stay. Needless to say, there is NOT 24 hour maintenance on this home. Nor does the home owner respond to your questions and problems in a timely, appropriate manner. I do NOT recommend this home for a vacation.

Great rental for the money. Nice house. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Very kid-friendly development. Kid-safe pool. Only issue was that we were unable to utilize the community pool and community work-out facilities. This wasn't huge issue overall and I wouldn't hesitate to rent the house again.

We had a wonderful time in this house.It has everything you need for a great and comfortable vacation.
we chose this house after seeing many.It had to be a special home as our occasion was to have a marriage blessing in the garden.Since there were so many guests coming from all over...we needed a large, spacious home with a garden and no cactus in the landscaping.The owners were brilliant...supplied extra canopy and glasses and things for children such as books, dvd's and games...to keep our child guests happy.if you have a special occasion coming up they will let you see the home in advance to survey it and make sure that the home suits the occasion.We were impressed with the service and will definately go back for a vacation.

This home is well equipped- has everthing you need for a great vacation.To name a few-pool, hammock,fruit trees and fresh fruit you can juice, sofa and lots of seating areas outside, fire fit and bbq,great kitchen for entertaining, and best of all it has a huge bonus room which the kids loved and is close to the park.We recommend this home for families and for anyone really.Last year we stayed in a home close to traffic noise.This place is in a quiet neighbourhood and it made all the difference.

The manager of this vacation rental has a film on you tube which was helpful when deciding on a home for our family vacation this year..there were so many beautiful homes to choose from and we were happy we choose this one.It looks as it does and as it is described in the photos and films.the scottsdale surrounding area is just fantastic..lots to do and see.
This vacation home is spacious, comfortable, well maintained and has everything for a great vacation .We loved the outdoor living area and the large pool.Our party size was 10 and there was plenty of space for everyone.The location is great and the manager is very helpful.We highly recommend.
We are friends of the owner and stayed at the house of the smiling sun in Scottsdale for a glorious 2 weeks.There was just myself and my wife and we loved our stay in this home.The master bedroom has a french style sleigh bed and travertine shower, bath with walk in closets...pure luxury compared to what we are used to in London!
The pool is large enough to swim laps in and that was a great treat first thing in the morning.There is a large grapefruit and orange tree in the garden and a juicer supplied to make fresh juices .The BBq ,garden, comfort and welcoming feeling of the home all added to make this a great vacation for us.Thank you.
This is a very cool vacation rental and perfect for families.The manager supplied many things the children needed and we considered our stay first class.Highly recommend this home for families,efficiency, amenities, location and comfort!
Our family of 6 found this home a dream come true.It is comfortable, spacious, and maintained in a first class way by the owners.We had a minor problem with the smoke alarm and the owners were there within 30 minutes to fix a fuse.cant beat that for service!Highly recommended.
