Unique Southwestern Desert Experience in private 1400 sq ft Casita (Guest House) with owner's home sharing private 2 1/2 acre Sonoran Desert property. One bedroom (sleeps two) and additional day bed in separate part of living room sleeps another two. Fully furnished and carpeted; cozy with wood-burning fireplace; vega ceilings with ceiling fans throughout; TV and stereo; lots of picture windows with desert views. Bathroom includes large jacuzzi tub; 2 sinks; walk-in tile shower and private lavatory; walk-in closet, washer/dryer. Fully equipped, all electric and windowed kitchen, dishwasher, walk-in pantry. Beautiful sunset views in Sonoran desert from inside or from the 3 large "walk around" fanned patios. View all species of desert life, including bird watching (resident cardinals, hawks, pygmy owls, doves, etc.)
Daily rate: $250*; Weekend rate: $450*; Weekly rate: $1450*

Area Description
Privately located in North Scottsdale's pristine Sonoran desert. Peaceful surroundings with no apartments, condos, or developments near by. "Big Sky" over Arizona's finest bike (bikes available), hiking, and horse back riding trails (potentially hundreds of miles), great open night sky for best constellation viewing. Close to Troon and all other Scottsdale golf courses. Close to the finest Scottsdale resorts, restaurants and shopping.
Scottsdale and Phoenix Cultural centers; Nearby Heard Indian museum. Sedona, Oak Creek and Grand Canyon just a few hours away. Yoga and stress reduction private classes upon request. Owners being world travelers, have presented workshops at the United Nations and elsewhere. Southwestern Breakfast available upon request.
