Description of the Scottsdale vacation home rental
The home is tastefully decorated and located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet family friendly
neighborhood.
This home is located in the McDowell Mountain Ranch Community in North Scottsdale. The home was finished in 1999. An ornate backyard retreat was built in 2002 complete with pool and water feature, as well as a built-in barbeque unit. There is also a firepit at poolside. The lawn area provides a nice location for sun bathing. The back yard is fully fenced with numerous safeguards on the doors to keep little people from wandering into the pool area. The grapefruit and lemon trees make for a wonderful treat in the morning and afternoon.
The professionally decorated home is furnished with
1 queen bed in the Master
2 twins in the second bedroom
1 queen in the third bedroom.
The master bedroom comes with a TV, and reading area, with whirlpool tub in the attached bathroom.
The family room consists of a large leather couch and loveseat, a TV, receiver, DVD player, all wired to built in speakers to provide the best in surround sound. The built in gas fireplace offers a quiet ending to any day. A second receiver provides music in the pool area and master bed with independent volume controls.
The living room offers a quiet reprieve with soft cloth sofas and metal tables. There is a large private office with desk and phone access. Hi-Speed wired and wireless Internet available.
The kitchen is fully furnished with all pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, etc. There is a dining area in the kitchen for 6.

A:Yes. We do put a cap on the gas bill during winter months, but that is rarely an issue.
Q:Are pets allowed.?
A:We do allow pets. We request that any dog be under 30 lbs. A cat should be indoors since bobcats are seen in the wilderness areas in our neighborhood. Not any danger to humans, but cats?

A:Usually not. During winter, a lot of people want to stay for several months at a time. Spring break (if available) and some business trips, then yes we offer weekly rentals. Ask about rates.
