Description of the Scottsdale vacation home rental

Enjoys the comforts of a nice fully furnished home located in Old Town Scottsdale. The house is within 2 miles to the very upscale Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall complex, blocks of the best shopping centers, canal/waterfront district, entertainment district, art galleries and many of the best restaurants and the hottest nightlife in Scottsdale. Golf courses are plenty and many of the highest rated courses in Arizona are just minutes away from this location. The house is within 10 minutes of the airport.

The fully furnished house contains 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. New Carpet and New granite in kitchen and both bathrooms. It also contains a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen. Other amenities include:

Family wedding retreat

We were pleasantly surpised by how much space the house had indoors and out. WE rented online and could not see the house in person since we were only staying a week. What is the purpose in that? Our son was married at the Scottsdale Covention Center. This house was so very convenient to the venue. Guests stayed at The Saguaro and we had a wonderful family and friends gathering at the house. Wonderful space and outdoor fabulous space. The master suite was roomy. We didn't feel crowded at all. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is for service. The housekeeper left us a personal note and said to call her if we needed anything. So I did, twice and twice she referred me to the office. Frustrating! She should not have left a note or she needed to be very specific about what she could help with. The house should have a pool skimmer. Guests can use that on the days the pool contractor does not come by. Also the garbage disposal did not work at all. I called the housekeeper, Gladys and once again she asked if I had called the office. I let her know I was not happy that she was once again telling me to call the office. Once I did management and maintenance responded immediately and a new gd was installed right away. Garbage disposal did not work at all while we were there. Even maintenance mentioned he expected the housekeeper to have reported this after the last guests stayed in the house. There was glass in the bottom of the gd, not from us. In addition, some of the furniture is quite old and in need of repair. The master suite had a drawer in the dresser that wouldn't close. That should have been fixed before we were there. Also I believe the bedding could be replaced. It is looking rather shabby. All in all we had a great time and truly enjoyed the space of the house and proximity to Old Town Scottsdale.

The place was adequate and large although a lot of the space was wasted for my party in a dining room which we do not use. We were also unable to get the television in the master bedroom to work. The wireless and the other television worked fine and the place is conveniently located to get around Scottsdale.

Convenient location in Old Town Scottsdale. Home was clean - good size and comfortable. Kitchen very functional. Big dining table. Bedrooms were good size, but mattresses were too soft. Bathrooms/showers in good condition. Nice tile floor. Agent was responsive to our request to clean patio floor and pool. Cleaning people were great. We thought the price was a little high for the one week.
