Description of the Scottsdale vacation home rental
This 2400 sq foot vacation rental boasts travertine floors and berber carpet, granite countertops, top-of-the-line GE Profile appliances, great-room design with a bar and 42" flat panel television. There is also another separate living room downstairs complete with a 56" big screen and theater seating. The home has wireless high speed cable internet and upgraded cable television. All you need to do is bring your vacation clothes; everything else from the dishes to the dishwasher, from the towels and sheets to the washer and dryer is there at your disposal.
The 4 large bedrooms all have queen or king size beds,with top-of-the-line Beauty Rest mattresses for a great night's sleep, night stands and dressers. Master suite has a home office.
This house is three miles from Old Town Scottsdale and close to many of Scottsdale's best golf courses, restaurants, and shopping areas. Bring the kids, the water parks are close by as well.
Tired of being inside? The back yard haven offers two covered patios, outdoor kitchen area with gourmet barbeque and a diving pool with a slide!
Our guests love the Central Scottsdale location because it is close to everything and in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The local park within walking distance boasts a fitness walking trail, lake, basket ball public pool, and much much more.

From the moment we looked into the garage and saw the ping pong table we knew this would be a fun vacation for all. My husband just turned 50 and this entire trip was planned as a surprise for him and my kids (on Easter break). My kids, 9 and 10, immediately claimed the master bedroom for themselves because my daughter loved the saloon style doors on the closets and my son was hooked when he saw the jacuzzi tub. We were traveling with friends who made the birthday voyage. All of the adults took over the 3 downstairs bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable and everyone remarked how well they slept each and every night. The kitchen was the hit as we could prepare meals while being able to talk with our friends. My husband loves to cook!!! The girls got updates about the golf courses that the guys had played all day long and then we all sat down to home-cooked meals. Definitely saved us time and money for not having to go out to dinner each night. The pool and jacuzzi were very popular with the kids and certainly after a long day on the course the "old guys" enjoyed taking a dip as well. My kids were thrilled that there was a slide into the pool. We brought movies galore with us and Becky and Lee dropped off their BluRay player to us so that we could enjoy all formats on their huge TV in the Film room downstairs. Each night we all gathered and watched the movie and ate popcorn and candy. We got the chance to see Scottsdale and Phoenix mainly because we kept getting lost, even with GPS and NAV, we were still turned around and fighting the voice guidance....ahh technology. We visited Sedona, went to the Wet N Wild Waterpark, had an afternoon of bowling, Cracker Jax Family Fun Ctr, and found the local park which is only 2 streets away. We also went to the Az Diamonbacks game and became a part of history as the game lasted almost 6 hours. All in all this has been one of the coolest vacations that we have ever taken as a family. My husband said many times throughout the trip, "Who knew that turning 50 could be so much fun!" With awesome friends, cool activities, and an amazing family it is hard to go wrong. Our most sincere thanks to Becky and Lee. Your home is amazing and you are two of the coolest people that we have met. We would definitely like to come back again and stay. We have been shown the new way to travel...no more hotels for us.

We had a group of 8 30-something guys in Scottsdale for a golf/baseball trip. I loved the set up of the house, plus location is very central to Downtown Scottsdale. Becky, the owner, was very easy to work with. I would recommend this house to friends

Lee and Becky made our stay INCREDIBLE! They went above and beyond and allowed us to ship our Christmas presents to their home and then they also wrapped them for us! They told us of a FANTASTIC church we could attend for Christmas Eve, and suggested some local activities and restaurants to go to! Our daughters enjoyed the pool and the hot tub everyday! The Oranges on the tree were Delicious. The house was great but the hospitality was what made our stay the most enjoyable! The house is located near a grocery store and close to malls and movie theaters! It is certainly a welcoming home and we just moved in and had a wonderful time together! Thanks Becky and Lee...you blessed us in a very special way! May the Lord continue to bless you in this ministry!

My associate and myself brought 18 girls down to compete in the 4 day national club soccer tournament in Phoenix. We knew that the house was designed to house 12 comfortably. Along with our renter Becky, we were able to find room somehow for the remainder of the girls. Not once did I hear a complaint from them and they all adored the house and the things it had to offer. Our vacation at this residence was very enjoyable. Centrally located and spacious. If I could suggest any changes, I would suggest additional lighting in the upstairs sitting area and master bedroom. It was quite dark in the evening and difficult to read.

We just spent a week in this amazing vacation home!! It really was a home away from home and we found it very hard to leave. The pool was such an added bonus and we enjoyed it all hours of the day and evening. The kitchen is beautiful and everything we needed was there. We"ll be back!!!

We were a group of 9 down for a golf vacation. The house was a pleasant surprise when we arrived. Becky (the owner) met us on arrival and toured the house to explained everything we needed to know. The layout is great for large or small groups. The price is fair for the area. I would book this place again the next time I visit the area. Becky has a genuine concern that her vacation home serves you well and I could tell that she is a very genuine person who will make you feel like your moving in to relative's home for a short stay. Definitely worth the value. No dissapointing surprises here.

We had a large family reunion and wedding. All of our out of town family stayed at the house which became the gathering place due to the central location, large family rooms and the great back yard, pool, and barbque. Great place to entertain and enjoy friends and family of all ages. We would highly recommend this home and Becky is one of the nicest people we have worked with. Our family has get togethers at owner/rentals every year and we rate this one at the top.

I have lived in this lovely neighborhood for over 25 years...it's delightful!! We have parks and golf courses all along our beautiful park way just moments from our neighborhood. The Bomgardner's home is like a resort..big and spacious and so comfortable! Everything you could want at your fingertips...literally there's a remote for everything...thank you Lee :). I'm sure once you have experienced their home you will want to come back again and again.

The neighborhood is very delightful. The perfect place to be for a peaceful evening. It is very centrally located to all amenities as well, freeway, grocery stores, parks etc. We have been there the past three years and will come back every year it is available. Becky is a great host and her house is just awesome. We have some cooks on the team and she always has everything we need to entertain. Never had a problem and we are already looking forward to coming back next year.
