Vacation Rental Policies

Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal
Check In: 11 a.m.
Check Out: 11 a.m.
Required Stay: A minium of 5 night stay
Deposits: 50% of total amount due is required at reservation. The rest is due 45 days before check in.
Other Fees: A fully-refundable security deposit is required for all stays. Please inquire. A cleaning fee of $175US is required for all stays.
