Great Place for Everyone

March 27, 2013

We rent a home every year for the family vacation. This was all around the best and safest for the children, too! Ages range from 3 to 67 and there was something for everyone. The tennis court and (heated) pool were in almost constant use, but there were also horseshoe contests, movies in the media room (Spurs basketball games, too), pool games in the game room, and constant snacking in the wonderful kitchen. Oh yes, barbeque from the grill, watching sunsets while sitting around the gas fire pit, watching the sunrise while listening to the multitude of lovely birds. The children loved the playground and in ground trampoline. The house was beautiful with so much room that it was never crowded. It truly felt like a mansion. The Arizona landscaping made for a perfect desert setting and watching the hot air balloons ascending each morning was a real treat. John was available anytime we needed anything or had a question. There was so much ’neat’ stuff that we sometimes needed help in how to use it. Even though some took trips to the Grand Canyon and the Sedona loop, some never left the grounds because they were having too much fun. This was a great place, and I would highly recommend it.

Family Reunion In style

This house is wonderful! We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and while it's located in a private, quiet area, it's close in to every amenity you need. The house had every convenience, and we were able to keep the children and adults comfortable, entertained and relaxed right there!!

Beautiful Wedding

March 23, 2012

We were married here... ceremony in the front and reception in the back. It was stunningly beautiful. A large group of our family was able to stay there so we had lots of help with the preparations and they had a great time also swimming and playing basketball. This house has all the activities you would need for a whole weekend getaway. Caution: if you have a wedding or a large party here, the neighbors potentially will call the sheriff due to noise. We tried to keep the music down, but had hired a shuttle company and the police were called due to people talking in the front while waiting for the shuttle. They did nothing and were very cool, but just an FYI if you are going to have a large party. To sum it up, I had the best day of my life there!

Family Reunion and Wedding

January 16, 2012

We were blessed with an amazingly warm week for the final week of 2011. That helped our guests utilize all of the special amenities that come with this awesome house. The pool/hot tub were in use day and night. Lots of fun on the basketball court. People were even playing horse shoes at the wedding reception. The owner, John, is very kind and always available prior to your stay, during and after. I needed to visit the property several times and many questions before our event and John was always accommodating. We have seen the wedding pictures taken at the house and I'm amazed at the different backgrounds that make the pictures especially beautiful. There are beautiful walls and doors, desert scenes, and my daughter, the bride, jumping on the in ground trampoline. Elegant and whimsical backgrounds all at one location! The kitchen is phenomenal but I would suggest having handles put on the beautiful cabinetry in the kitchen. It is a little hard to open. The beds are comfortable. Showers soothing. The sunrises and sunsets are awe inspiring. We had a very pleasant and memorable time together at this beautiful home. As many of my guests mentioned...as wonderful as the pictures are, they do not do this place justice...you need to see it!

Perfect Home for Entertaining

We stayed at this home for one week over spring break and loved it. Our group consisted of five families with a dozen kids ranging in age from 3-12. The pool and grounds were spectacular, private and nicely designed. There was a ton of things for the kids to do - movie theatre, game room, pool, basketball and of course swimming. The adults enjoyed the pool, workout facilities and unbelievable kitchen. The kitchen was huge and well layed out. We cooked multiple meals for the entire group and had fun doing it. The media system was great and the master bedroom was extravagant. The owners were very helpful and made sure that all of our questions were answered and that we understood how to work all the fun toys. The location was also very good for hiking, jogging, horseback riding and trips to see MLB Spring Training. We hope to return soon and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a five star home for their next vacation!

this experience was unbelievable. the was way above our expectations. there were 8 adults and 17 children in our group. we didn't need to go anywhere. we had everything there. the home had so much for everyone. the living areas were huge and spacious what a beautiful home. John the owner was very accomodating and very pleasent. we sure would go back again. it was a memorable vacation. hated to leave pearl from palatine

Absolutely Amazing!

We gathered there in January for a family reunion for 10 days. This place was amazing! Most of the time there were 14 people and one night a total of 26! The house has so much space and with the wonderful pool, tennis court, in- ground trampoline, horseshoe pits, theater room, etc and with plenty of outside seating with fireplace AND fire pit.... it kept everyone very, very happy. We never felt cramped or bored and never felt a need to leave the home except for groceries. In fact, we wish we could have stayed longer! The owner, John was always available for any questions we had and it was a great pleasure to do business with him. Even though it may seem a little pricey ......for everything the house has to offer ....it was totally worth it! We would definitely stay there again. Thanks, John, for sharing your beautiful home.....our grandchildren are still talking about how much fun they had! P.S. The sunset views from the backyard were also pretty amazing!!
