Three-tiered pavered patio with view fence allows for maximal enjoyment of the stunning unencumbered views of the mountains. No traffic noise, but close to Dynamite Rd. Beautiful, mature landscaping, built-in BBQ, fire pit, shaded patio area, new, comfortable furniture means you can enjoy a meal in the beautiful outdoors, day or night.

The private courtyard features a fountain and desert garden with furniture: perfect for sunbathing (with or without tan lines), reading and relaxing.

Full gourmet kitchen, office/den, spacious living room, plush master quarters, and very comfortable bedrooms make for a delightful living experience. All mattresses, high-end, and brand new. Area Information

12 minutes to 101, 30 minutes to stadium, 15 to FBR links, near Troon, and other north Scottsdale golf courses. 35-45 minutes from airport. The map view is deceiving - it's by no means in the middle of everything, but it's not that far either and the drive is spectacular.

Enjoy pristine nature, yet be close to the fine dining and upscale shopping for which North Scottsdale has become renowned.

World-class hiking/biking paths within a few blocks of the property.

A Wonderful WeeK

My husband and I (along with my sister and brother-in-law) stayed at this lovely vacation home to celebrate our wedding anniversaries/birthdays the first week in November and could not have hoped for a better accommodation. The setting upon entering the home is inviting and relaxing – and the panoramic mountain views from the back patio area are outstanding. This home is actually larger that it appears in the photos, giving 4 adults generous room to spread out and maintain privacy. Additionally, the kitchen is very nice and well stocked with cookware and any appliance one would need. Bed linens and bath towels are very high in quality – plus the beds are very comfortable. We really enjoyed the private courtyard with the water fountain, as we all found this area of the home to be such a relaxing place anytime of the day. Also, we all give wonderful reviews to the Village at DC Ranch. This is the nicest health club facility that we have ever experienced. We felt this was such a nice optional amenity offered for staying at this home. Importantly, the Zinggs are very professional homeowners to work with and even contacted us during our stay to ensure everything in the home was to our satisfaction. A:We love hiking in the nearby Mcdowell Mountain Park, as well as enjoying the fine dining North Scottsdale has to offer! Of course, we eat first - and then hike! Also, Prescott, Flagstaff & Sedona are all within 2.5 hours, and are our favorite weekend getaways.

A:Our rental is very quiet, with unparalleled views of the nearby mountains, all within a 15-25 minute drive from all North Scottsdale, Carefree and CaveCreek have to offer. It is spacious, and makes great use of the outdoor space, with expansive paver patios, courtyard, fountains, and mature landscaping.
