Description of the Scottsdale vacation home rental

This 2900 sq.ft. custom-built luxurious contemporary, air-conditioned 3 bdrm, 3 bath home is located in the rolling foothills area of N. Scottsdale in the Pinnacle Foothills area (1/2 mile from Troon North), surrounded by breathtaking scenery and mountains. Named "The Lushest Desert in the World" by National Geographic, this area of the high Sonoran Desert plays host to some of the most desired and premium golf courses such as Troon North, to the Barrett-Jackson Auction, Arabian Horse Show, and is home to some of the greatest restaurants in the North Scottsdale area. This beautiful home is located at 1,100 ft. above the main Scottsdale business area (just 15 minutes) away and is a convenient, easy drive to Carefree, downtown Scottsdale and Cave Creek. It overlooks fabulous scenery and other million-dollar homes in the area.

Two of the bedrooms have a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with huge walk-in U-shaped shower, and the luxurious master bedroom has a king bed, large sitting room and ensuite master bathroom with similar shower and tub. All three bedrooms are private and have separate access to the outdoor patios.

We offer you a gourmet fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, large Viking stainless appliances. Heated pool gets all afternoon and evening sun; chaise lounges. No hot tub.

Area Information

Once you arrive at this unique private house situated just 30 minutes from the airport, you may never want to leave. The home sits west of the McDowell Mountains with views of the Mazatzal Mountains and is situated south of Tonto National Forest in N. Scottsdale. There is so much to do in the area - shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy are within walking distance, and you are an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Scottsdale, Carefree or Cave Creek. Take a fun jeep tour of the desert, go horseback riding, or bring your mountain bike for trails abound in this area. West World is about 15 minutes away and is home to the Barrett Jackson Auction and the Arabian Horse Show. Great nightlife, 5-star restaurants, attractions, and shopping at El Pedigrel Marketplace at the Boulders is closeby.

Greasewood Flats is old stagecoach stop from years past.Great fr kids (country-western music, dancing); also Mosaic 4-star dining, Pinnacle Peak Patio (greatest steaks in the area) - all just 2 miles away. Carefree and Cave Creek within 15 minutes; Old Town Scottsdale about 15-20 min; Lake Pleasant and Saguaro Lake short drive. About 15 Min to Mayo Clinic. Very convenient but yet cooler in summer than downtown Scottsdale because of the elevation of this home.

Home is fantastic. Appliances are Viking!!!!!!! Master suite is huge with great walk in closet. Other 2 bedrooms are also very large with huge walk in closets. Pool is also terrific, ample seating (only 2 lounges though). Great outdoor grill. Plenty of cookware and dishes. High end washer dryer. 3 car garage. Great neighborhood. Short drive 15 minutes to Pima and 101. Would stay again.
