This beautiful 3700 sq ft home is available starting Sept 10/12. It is an immaculate furnished rental with all the joys of home. Located one mile from Mayo Clinic. There is a formal living and dining room, completely stocked kitchen, granite counters, gas fireplace, pool and spa. Backyard is a beautiful oasis with mountain views. Master bdrm has a king size bed, second downstairs bedroom has twin/full bunks with trundle bed. Upstairs has another king room, a queen room, a third bedroom with 2 full beds. Second floor media room with a queen Aerobed if needed. Pool table, poker table

Phoenix Scottsdale - sleeps 12

We had a group of 10 people stay at this home for 10 days. The home worked well for a group of this size with numerous areas for find your own quiet space, and the bedroom situation working out well. We cooked every day with full meals. We found pretty well all the cooking utensils, pots, spices etc. we needed, and the plates, forks, knives etc were sufficient. The rear yard (including pool and hot tub) was very private and looked over the dessert desert /mountain view There was also an extensive covered patio area which was attractive and included nice pariot vurnature. The home was well located with easy access to 101 Freeway (about 10 minutes) using Shea Blvd. The owner kept in touch with me, making sure that any issues we might have had would be easily resolved. (we had a few minor issues which were addressed immediately by the owner) Our experience was very positive, and we would stay at this home again in the future.
