CASA SANCTUARY

4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, comfortable living with heated pool and spa*; all within walking distance to Kierland Commons, Scottsdale Quarter, and Kierland Golf!

This single family home offers 3 Kings and 1 Queen bed; along with 2.5 baths. Plenty of living and entertaining space inside and out. If you must do a little work, an office setup is located in the loft area with a printer is needed. If not, simply slip outside for a relaxing dip in the resort like backyard; equipped with pool, attached spa and plenty of seating and dining area options.

2 car private garage, all linens and towels provided, wireless Internet, local telephone, cable TV, Master on 1st floor, 3 other bedrooms on 2nd floor, extension for dining table to sit 8+, tons od DVD's, books, games & magazines available. TV's available in family room, Master bedroom and both King bedrooms upstairs. Whole house speaker system including patio speakers to enjoy outside. Pack n' Play and High chair available upon request on 1st come 1st serve basis.

Please note $300/week fee to heat the pool in the winter if desired; upon request only. The heated spa can be used at your leisure.

Relaxing

This is a very well kept home in a great location in Scottsdale. We were looking for a place just to relax and offer us a "home base" for a few adventures. It was great to get back to the house at the end of the day and relax in the pool and tub and spend a quiet evening. Coming from two very cold weeks in Denver the weather was wonderful. The house was well stocked for all our needs which made our stay even more enjoyable. A great place to slip away.
