This modern masterpiece is set right in the heart of Scottsdale, AZ. If you are looking to get the true Scottsdale Experience look no further. This ground floor Townhouse features two bedrooms, and is located on Camelback Rd just one block from Scottsdale Rd. The condo is a second home for the AZ based owners and has all you need to feel right at home. The unit was completely renovated in February of 2008 so don't miss your chance to be among the first visitors to enjoy all the newness. The condo features all the finer luxuries of home including, granite counter tops, Brazilian slate stone tile, Solid Knotty Alder wood doors, pebble backslashes, suede couches, outdoor patio bistro set, stainless steel appliances, original oil paintings, Big Screen TV/DVD, Plush pillow-top mattress, Serta Sleep Number? pillows, and plush carpet.

The master bedroom includes a platform bed with reading lamp and nightstand, solid wood blinds, as well as a very comfortable reading chair, floor lamp, and six-drawer dresser. The Master bedroom has a huge closet complete with hangers and ironing board. The Bathroom has a full shower/Bath, slate stone tile, maple vanity, granite countertop, rain head shower, and 100%cotton towels.

The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be pushed together if desired, oil painting, upholstered sitting bench, wood blinds, mirrored closet doors, and full-length closet.

The community includes two well-lit Shuffle board courts, three pools, on-site laundry, clubhouse, covered parking, and is across the street for the World Famous Fashion Square Mall.

Just blocks away you will explore various shopping options as you jump from unique boutiques to stores like, Prada, Rolex, BCBG, Boss, Armani, and Gucci. The owner likes to rent the unit a min. of 7 days but will consider weekend rentals during off peak seasons.

Clean and comfortable

Superb Condo, Great Value

Our condo was immaculate and very nicely decorated. Sheets, towels, basic kitchen supplies, iron, ironing board, soap, hairdryer, and just about everything we needed was available. It's possible to walk to Old Towne and Fashion Square Mall (about a mile or so). It was fairly quiet at the complex and it was nicely maintained. The neighbors were very pleasant. If I had to come up with a negative comment or two I would say the neighborhood was average and I might have enjoyed being within closer walking distance to the mall since I love to shop, but it was only a 5 minute drive. Overall I was very happy with my stay here and the owner was very accommodating. I would rent here again.

Just got back from Scottsdale on a business / vacation trip. I stayed at the townhouse and loved it. Ryan was a great host and made sure I had everything I needed. The unit is right next to all the stuff I ended up doing in Scottsdale. The best was that I was golfing in less than 10 min from the unit! THANKS Ryan!
