2 Bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse located just steps from Fashion Square Mall. The condo is equipped with everything needed to live - including all dishware, microwave, dishwasher, bedding, towels, etc. The master bedroom has a King-size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a Queen-size bed. The second floor has a full bathroom with tub/shower and the lower level bathroom is 1/2 bath. Kitchen is newly renovated with new countertop, lighting, cabinets and appliances. Flooring is all tile/carpet.
Area Description
Walking distance to many groovy eateries, shops, museums, and nightclubs. A golf-lover's paradise, this condo is minutes away from many private and public courses. If you are interested in night life, there are many pubs and dance clubs close by. Nightclubs are high-end mostly and many celebrities are cited. Scottsdale is also a sports fan's dream with the famous Suns, Coyotes, Cardinals and Sun Devils.
