This is a spacious 2 bed room 2 bath with a 2 car attached garage. The privacy area has barbecue and table & chairs. The amenities are 2 pools(barbecues by the pool) 2 spas, tennis courts, golf nearby, walking and biking paths around the golf courses and lake. The unit has a large Master bed room fully furnished with Dresser/Mirror,Entertainment Center, T.V. VCR, King pillow top bed, bath room has double sinks, walk-in tub & shower, Guest/2nd bed room is furnished with a queen bed, Dresser/Mirror. next to the room is a bath with tub & shower. The living room has Entertainment Center, T.V/VCR/Stereo, There are also movie VCR's & DVD's available. Fireplace & equipment, sofa & love seat, side tables, coffee table, the Dinning area has a bar, dinning table with four chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, glass top stove, double door frig, dishwasher. Laundry room has full size washer & dryer.

There is close proximity to 101 freeway access, this is a resort area with lakes and golf courses, resorts with buffets, walking and biking paths around the lake.
