There are 2 bedrooms, 2 baths all on one level. The master bedroom suite is spacious with a king-size bed. The attaching master bath includes double sinks and a separate personal vanity space with a private wardrobe area. Twin beds compliment the second bedroom if extra overnight accommodations are needed. The living areas include a living room, family and dining room that are furnished with tasteful southwest décor. Furniture is provided for a large Arizona patio to enjoy the warm Arizona sun or a barbeque.

This is a fully furnished home with all the amenities to include: Linens for the kitchen, bed, bath and pool. Phone, Air Conditioning, Cable TV, VCR/DVD, Fully-Equipped Kitchen, Cooking Utensils, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Washer/Dryer in Townhouse, Pool, Covered Parking, BBQ. A convenient assigned carport parking space is located next to the patio through the rear patio door entrance.

Periodic cleaning can be arranged during your stay if requested.
