To secure your reservation of a week or more, a deposit of $500 is due at the time you make your reservation ($250 for stays of less than a week). Provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, or property damage, the security deposits will be returned approximately two weeks after your departure.

The town-home is professionally cleaned before and after your arrival. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 is required for all rentals.
Additional housekeeping/cleaning is available at the rate of $100 per day and must be requested at the time of booking. Additional deposit may be required for multiple month rentals.
