Nestled along the fairways of the 8th and 9th holes of Troon North's Monument Course, the Golf Casitas at Troon North offer luxurious resort-style town-home accommodations within view of nearby Pinnacle Peak, the golf course, and the city lights below.

This newly built, and designer-decorated, two-bedroom two and one-half bath town-home offers many modern amenities including: high-speed internet access, digital cable, gas fireplace, and gas BBQ grill on the patio. The property also features a fully equipped and modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Our resort community amenities include a lovely community pool and hot tub, fitness room, and outdoor gas grill to accommodate larger gatherings.

Deposits: Reservation/Security Deposit To secure your reservation of a week or more, a deposit of $300 is due at the time you make your reservation ($250 for stays of less than a week). Provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, or property damage, the security deposits will be returned approximately two weeks after your departure.

Other Fees: Cleaning Deposit The town-home is professionally cleaned before and after your arrival. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 is required for all rentals. Additional housekeeping/cleaning is available at the rate of $100 per day and must be requested at the time of booking. Additional deposit may be required for multiple month rentals.

great location/attentive owners

Perfect home for our family vacation. The owners are very attentive and the house was perfectly clean. If I had any questions, they were immediately answered. I would highly recommend this for location for your golf or family vacation.

Great home and great vacation

This casita is in a great location for visiting Scottsdale and Phoenix. The heated community pool and hot tub were so much fun. The kitchen was well appointed and the two bedrooms were very spacious. Our family had a terrific time there. There was lots of room for 4 adults and 2 kids. We would definitely go back and visit again.

Great House

We rented a house in Scottsdale AZ. It was spacious and decorated nicely. It is in a great location and accessible to many fine restaurants and attractions. Because it is free standing there is little noise from neighbors who were very quiet anyway. All in all we had a very nice experience.
