Description of the Scottsdale vacation townhouse rental

This beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom furnished town home is in a gated community, boasts a 2 car garage, and is decorated to our guests highest standards. The furnished town home was just recently remodeled and newly furnished.

The Main floor consists of the family room, dinning room, and adjoining kitchen. The kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. You will also find the 2nd bedroom on this floor, and it features a large walk in closet, queen bed, plasma TV, and a quaint balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. The spa like guest bathroom features a full bath and shower. You will also find a full size washer and dryer on this main floor.

The master suite is on the 3rd floor and houses a full private bathroom with walk in shower and large walk in closet. The master suite features a top of the line queen sized posturpedic mattress, plasma TV, and large walk out deck for relaxing with a book or entertaining guests.

The community boasts 2 beautiful swimming pools, gas BBQ grills, and a million dollar clubhouse where you can relax in the game room with a book, play pool on one of the two pool tables, grab a workout at the gym, or even watch a movie in the theater.

LaVeme is situated less than 5 minutes from Desert Ridge where you will find dozens of shopping and dinning options at your disposal. You will also only be 6 minutes from the new City North entertainment development. Major resorts like the JW Marriott and Weston are only minutes away and feature some of the best golf in Scottsdale.

Area Information

The vacation community is located within the prestigious Paradise Valley School District. Hospitals such as the world-renowned Mayo Clinic Hospital is just five minutes from your new home and offers a complete range of medical services. Paradise Valley Hospital is about ten minutes from your Vacation Home.

This townhome is less than a five minute drive to the Marketplace at Desert Ridge. The Marketplace has many popular stores, restaurants, entertainment, and a multi-screen movie theater. There are two 18 hole Championship golf courses in the Desert Ridge community. There are also several other golf courses located near by.
