Located in the exclusive Grayhawk Resort, this 1800 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath home, built in 2004, offers all the luxury you would expect to have at your fingertips. The home, which was just redecorated with all new furniture, offers sleeping for as many as 8, with an upgraded king size pillow-top mattress in the master bedroom with a walk-in closet, a queen-sized bed in the second bedroom, complimented by two twin beds in the third bedroom, where you will find a second walk in closet. The family room sofa also offers a queen sized pull-out for those last minute visitors!

Every bedroom has its own flat screened television, featuring a DVD player in the third bedroom for the little ones, so they may watch their own cartoons or Disney CDs uninterrupted, in their own space.

The kitchen is fabulous, featuring granite countertops, a colorful backsplash and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also features its own dining area, with yet another flat screen TV to watch your latest morning show or golf channel highlights! The full size washer and dryer are just off the kitchen, for convenient use while you blend a margarita or cook dinner. Yes, we do offer as many TVs as a sports bar; if you want to be connected you can be with high-speed wireless internet access and over 300 TV channels at your fingertips!

The Master Bath features a gothic-style tub and a separate spacious shower, while the second bathroom features twin sinks, and a bathtub/shower combination. All cabinetry is upgraded maple, featuring upgraded brushed nickel hardware. Our favorite feature are the two wicker glider rockers on the veranda outside the master bedroom; picture yourself relaxing with a bottle of wine watching the sunset over the mountains as your day winds down. The second balcony offers a glass-covered table with four wicker chairs where you might want to dine in the evening.

As for location, you couldnt want a better spot! The unit is off Pima and Thompson Peak, which puts you walking distance to AJs Finer Foods, a higher-end shopping experience for the gourmet as well as steaks for after an afternoon of hiking, golfing or shopping! The Safeway Supermarket is located just a couple of blocks away in DC Ranch Shopping center, where youll find West Addison Sports Bar, a favorite of baseball fans, particularly from Chicago! The community pool, jaquizzis, sun deck and exercise facility are a short 50 yards away. Theres also a grilling area complete with tables if you prefer to grill out poolside. Grayhawk offers two layouts-Raptor and Talon; previously home to the Frys Open, a challenge for golfers of all levels as they offer three sets of tees that will allow you to enjoy truly "desert golf" at its best. After golf, relax in Phils Grill or on the veranda at the course, where you can watch the sunset on the desert. Within 10 minutes are the Palmer and Trevino Wildfire Golf Courses at Desert Ridge where youll find exceptional shopping and dining. Just 10 minutes away are the higher -end shops and restaurants at Kierland, including the Ocean Club and Tommy Bahamas, two of our favorite dining establishments.

Certainly there is ample hiking and jogging/walking paved trails that the outdoorsman will enjoy. Pinnacle Peak is always a great work-out for a hike, and the views are out of this world! For baseball fans the stadiums.
