This beautiful professionally decorate 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 story townhome with 2 car garage sits right on the Grayhawk Talon golf course overlooking the 18th green. The Grayhawk Encore Golf View rental is a spacious 2508 SF townhome that can sleep 8 people with the 4 bedrooms having 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. The master bedroom is well appointed with a King Bed, wall-mounted 47” LCD TV, 2 night stands, 2 reading lamps, large dresser, walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has a 42” wall-mounted TV, Queen Bed, 2 night stands, and 2 reading lamps. The third bedroom has 32” LCD TV, 2 Twin Beds, 1 night stand, 1 reading lamp and dresser.

The living room/great room has a gas fireplace, comfy leather sectional couch, 63” LCD TV, expanded basic cable, DVD player, IPod Docking station and 2 bar stools at the counter bar that leads into the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with breakfast nook with seating for 4, granite counter tops, lots of cabinet space, high-end stainless steel and custom paneled appliances. You will have everything you need to whip up a meal for the whole group. You can serve your meal to your group in the generously sized dining room that has seating for 8.
