Area Information
Camelback Mountain is five minutes away straight up McDonald from the villa, this is not for the faint of heart hikers; make sure you are experienced if you want to hike this one. There is Quartz Mountain about 15 minutes for the inexperienced hikers. It's great to go for the views. The Sanctuary is an upscale Restaurant on Camelback and is an experience to visit in the evening with phenomenal views.
Walking distance from the villa are The Borgata, Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Houston's, and other boutique shopping and great restaurants.
Close to Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall and the Old Town Scottsdale where there is plenty of restaurants, ample shopping, theaters, and nightlife within a short drive. Easy access to many golf courses, including Phoenician, Talking Stick, to name a few. There are numerous museums to visit, including, Tailesin, Frank Lloyd Wright's famous compound.

Awesome home in the desert!

What a great find, we loved staying in this charming 3br. The experience exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely stay here again in the future. Relaxing, comfortable, accommodating, warm, and inviting. Owners are really easy to work with, which is a huge plus. We can't wait until our next vacation in Scottsdale. Great adult family vacation spot

The villa was exactly as promised; excellent location close to many very good, reasonable golf courses and all the shopping areas. Home was wonderful for entertaining and fully equipped with cooking wares and dishes, stemware, cutlery. Citrus trees in bloom were an added bonus and delightful morning treat plus appreciated take home for our guests as the trees were bounitful. We loved every minute and look forward to returning. It was perfect for our family that includes two young adults.

The house is huge! Plenty of room to spread out and a really nice home. Fully furnished - lots of extras you wouldn't expect in a rental. We all loved it.

This is a fantastic property with absolutely wonderful amenities. It has a lovely pool and a perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning while listening to the birds. The home is beautifully decorated and yet feels so warm and homey I really didn't want to leave. Perfect location within walking distance to many nice restaurants, shops and wonderful grocery stores. Convenient to both airports and anything you could ever want to do in the Scottsdale area. I loved having three bedrooms available each with their own televisions and there is plenty of room to spread out if needed or gather together as well. Really can't be beat! You will love it!

I absolutely LOVE this villa. This is the 3rd time that I have been there. I stay there every time that I am in Scottsdale. It is beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The pool and patio are awesome, and VERY private. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This was the perfect retreat for a girls getaway! There are so many things convenient to the location-restaurants, shopping, nightlife. But the condo is so perfect that you might never want to leave. The kitchen amenities were ideal for a bunch of foodies and the entertaining spaces, both indoors and out, made for lots of lasting memories! Nighttime was divine in the most comfortable beds and bedding. We've already booked our next trip there and plan to make this an annual visit!

Very lovely, clean, incredibly spacious vacation spot. We thought it would be nice from the pictures, but had no idea how perfect it would be. The backyard with the beautiful pool is a wonderfully private place to chill out and relax. My husband and I like to cook and were really pleased to find absolutely everthing we needed in the kitchen (I suspect the owners might be foodies!). The bedrooms are huge, private and quiet. The overall layout is well designed so you can have your privacy when you feel like it, or you can all hang out together in one of the many entertaining areas. Last but not least, it is very close to some wonderful restaurants and shopping, and we found it quite easy to get to some of the 'touristy' spots we we had in mind. We can't think of one negative thing about this spot!

If this home doesn't have it, you don't need it. The photos don't do it justice; the living space is cavernous. Beautiful landscaping, great pool, lots of sun...I honestly can't think of anything that was missing. Very clean. Easy correspondence and transaction with owners. Highly recommended!

Loved this place. My sister turned 50th and the girls needed a place to stay. The home was so open and comfortable, we had everything we needed. The pool was the highlight, and the kitchen right off the back patio, made it easy for drinks and food. Can't wait to go back, I know my kids would love the hiking and pool.

What a beautiful place! Our group had all the ease of entertaining at home, plus the bonuses of the pool & patio area, & the beautiful Scottsdale weather. Hiking in the mornings, hanging by the pool during the days, & dining out & drinks at night! Perfect for our group & convinced we will never stay anywhere else when visiting the area! Thank you!

This is a fantastic vacation rental property in sunny Arizona! It has updated decor, comfortable beds, gorgeous pool/patio area that is very relaxing and private. Very nice updated place with a pool to relax and enjoy some privacy. We didn't miss anything cause we were really close to Old Scotsdale for some shopping and array of tasty restaurants. My family enjoyed every minute and great price for staying a couple of weeks. We will definitely be back.
