The Villa is located in a lakeside boutique resort community that has dining within walking distance (no more than 150 yards). The resort has fine dining at the Piñon Grill, or casual fare in the inviting atmosphere at Diamondbacks Bar & Grill.

The lake is filled with migratory birds and is across from a golf course with the mountains as a backdrop. Bring binoculars and a bird book to identify all those unusual creatures – great blue herons, egrets, humming birds, ducks, eagles, to name a few.

Fabulous, beautiful - better than home

The condo was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and had all the comforts of home and then some. Every morning you get up to the birds singing and chirping, and there are all kinds to see, and at the same time get to look out at the lake with all of the ducks, swans and herons, and the view of the beautiful McCormick Golf Course. The kitchen had all the comforts of home and it is great to eat outside on the patio. Beautiful walks in the morning and evening, great pool, drinks and food at the Millenium resort just seconds away. I can't wait to stay here again.

All, We would recommend this place as it is a great location. The villa is spacious, clean, apart from the windows, and was close to everything Scottsdale has to offer. One thing we would liked to have seen was a folder of info on local activities, food, and places to visit, but we had a month to explore the area, so we managed OK.
