This is the perfect home for vacationers looking for a safe neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, and activities. We are located in upscale North Scottsdale. Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is a 20 minute drive. With 360 days of sunshine, low humidity and very little rainfall, this is the perfect place to vacation.

Conveniently located, this 2185 square foot vacation rental property has all the comforts of home while you are enjoying the desert climate. This special home can accommodate six guests. The house is bright, airy and spacious. This newly decorated house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with granite top vanities, and a huge 16 X 34 foot heated pool. The spacious and beautiful kitchen with its granite counter tops, is equipped for all your cooking needs. The large, secluded backyard has a patio, a barbecue area and a beehive fireplace. Our citrus trees are bound to please you. You'll enjoy our pool lighting for nighttime swimming and our indoor/outdoor sound system for music to swim by, read by or just for your relaxing pleasure.

As you walk through our front door, you will see our large dining room, meant to accommodate eight guests, and our large family room with an entertainment center. These rooms are complemented by large, vaulted ceilings which give an open an airy feeling. You'll enjoy our large kitchen and dinette area with large doors to our barbecue area, and connecting laundry room. On the other side of the house, you will enjoy two guest bedrooms and bathroom, as well as a large master bedroom suite, an en suite bathroom and walk in closet. We also provide two bicycles with helmets plus a large selection of board games for adults and children, as well as toys, DVDs and music CDs.

Area Information

This is a quiet residential neighborhood of single family homes, on winding streets and cul de sacs. There is a neighborhood tennis court. Desert landscaping in the area is very well appointed. You can see the mountains from the street. We are five minute drive to the main highway which takes you to all the major shopping malls.

A home away from home

This beautiful, well appointed home was the hub of our very enjoyable family holiday. Inside and out, this home met our vacation needs. Whether relaxing by or playing in the pool, or preparing a meal in the well equipped kitchen for a BBQ meal on the patio, we felt at home and at ease here. Aside from the pool, we particularly enjoyed the indoor/outdoor sound system, the big screen TVs, the comfortable beds and the office area, complete with printer. Closely situated to shopping, baseball fields, and local attractions, we appreciated the convenient, yet private and quiet, location. Should our family holiday in Arizona again, we would stay here again.
