The 500.00 will be returned within five working days of your departure, as long as the house is left as you found it, and the hang tag and passes are also returned. The fee to replace hang tag is 75.00 & 50.00 per each pass.
   
• Other Fees: Cleaning fee of $150.00 in cash, needs to be left on the kitchen counter for the cleaning lady
