Description of the Seabrook Island vacation home rental

4007 Bridle Trail - 2009 Rates Reduced!! This beautiful, four-bedroom home is located near the Equestrian Center at the head of Seabrook Island. Featuring granite counters, wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, hardwood floors in the living spaces, comfortable carpeting for the bedrooms and tile in each bathroom. The master suite has a king bed, and its own luxurious bathroom with dual showerheads, plus a private balcony. There are two queen bedrooms, one that has its own bathroom and one that shares a bath with the final bedroom, which has two twin beds. Each bedroom is nicely appointed with its own TV; three of which have a DVD player. The living room has a 42 inch, high definition TV DVD, VCR combo, a stereo system and a queen sized sleeper sofa for extra bedding. The dining room and kitchen are open to the living room and create a wonderful gathering area for friends and family. The deck features comfortable outdoor furniture for family fun or a nice quiet spot for a book. A gas grill can be rolled out of the garage for summer cooking.

You are within a short walk of a large common area pool and picnic area, and guests of this home can enjoy access to all Club amenities such as a Health Club, 36 holes of golf, beach front pool, several restaurants. Access is granted with free "Ammenity Cards" for all guests. A $10, refundable deposit is requested by the Club for each card.

This is a lovely, new home that will provide all of the most up-to-date electronics, and comforts for your vacation enjoyment.

NEW CLUB FACILITIES (See internet links below) - Renters will have full access to the Seabrook Island country club with it's two championship courses, fitness center, and swimming pools. This includes the recently opened north club facility located within walking distance of the house. This new facility has a fitness center and indoor/outdoor pool. You will also have access to a nearby neighborhood swimming pool located on Palmetto Lake. You are a short bike or car ride from miles of some of the most beautiful white sand beaches as well as Fresh Fields Village (shopping center), Bohicket Marina and Waterfront Marketplace, and historic Charleston with all its southern charm and world class cuisine.

Very nice home-beautifully decorated. Good location and it is important to note that the beach/club house pool is 3 miles away. The amenitities were terrific-beach club house and pools, service and staff. Bike Rental was easy and convenient-highly recommend biking. The "village " was charming and made the island unique. We enjoyed our time on the island. suggestions: include lawn/beach chairs and a hair dryer .
