Lovely, updated cottage is just a short 1/3 mile walk to the beach. Relax and enjoy scenic views of Crooked Oaks golf course from the large tiled sunroom. It has a sitting area with TV, as well as an eating area. Or, use the comfortable heart of the home, a spacious combined living room/dining room area. The master bedroom, with french doors opening onto the sunroom, features a queen bed and adjacent renovated private bath. Double doors from the living area provide privacy for the two other bedrooms and and second bath through a small hall. The second bedroom offers a king bed and access to the open deck. The cute third bedroom has two twin beds. Kitchen is well equipped. Separate laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. Shade from summer heat is provided by beautiful surrounding live oak trees dripping with Spanish moss. Ground floor provides covered parking for two cars and enclosed storage area for beach chairs and bikes.

The rental fee includes access to all the amenities of the Seabrook Island Club--pools, outdoor dining at the Beach Club overlooking the ocean, two 18-hole golf courses, a 15+ court tennis facility, fitness center, and an equestrian center offering rides for all levels. (See web link below.)

Cottage offers free wireless internet. Linens are provided, as well as end-of-stay cleaning at no additional cost. A rental guest may bring one dog, subject to certain conditions and an additional fee.

Seabrook Island is a barrier island bounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Edisto River to the south. It is situated just 35 minutes south of Charleston, SC, which has incredible dining, sightseeing, and shopping attractiions. Seabrook is a gated community open only to residents and their guests.

• Deposits: 33% non-refundable deposit required upon booking to hold reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
   
• Other Fees: 3.5% Registration Fee. One dog permitted, subject to execution of Pet Friendly Terms and Conditions Agreement, the provisions of which include a $200 non-refundable fee on all weekly rentals ($40 per day). The the guest is responsible for any and all damages to the premises caused by the pet. In this regard, a $200 up-front deposit must be included in the final payment to cover potential damages and may be returned upon inspection of the property following departure.
