First floor features a large dining room, living room with half bath, kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, and queen-size master bedroom with full bath. The second floor offers a second master bedroom with king size bed and full bath with separate shower and jetted tub. The third bedroom with queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom with twin/trundle beds share this floor's second bathroom. The grand master suite occupies the entire third floor with king-size bed, wet bar, full bath, and private porch. The views of the gulf from this covered porch are awesome!

Enjoy the private, fenced 10ft x 20ft pool with its lighted waterfall and jetted swimout. The pool may be heated during the cooler months for a nominal fee. This vacation haven is an easy, quick walk to the sugar-white beach - approximately 50 yards by semi-private boardwalk access. This home is pet friendly with additional pet charge.
