This new cottage is professionally decorated and has all the comforts of home with its open living and dining areas, fully equipped gourmet kitchen and well appointed bedrooms. There is a screened back porch off the kitchen and master bedroom for enjoying outdoor dining and relaxation. The master with a king bed and large bathroom are on the first floor. The second floor offers two guest bedrooms with queen beds and a shared bathroom. “Sunny Daze” sleeps 6 to 8 with the sleeper sofa in the living room.

This home is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and many activities in Rosemary Beach, Watercolor, Seaside and other beach communities between Destin and Panama City Beach. There are 19 miles of bike paths, nearby lakes and state parks providing plenty of outdoor recreation. The home is a 150 yard stroll to the beach. Or, you could always take the complimentary golf cart that comes with this home!
