This 2004 home is a spacious 2,400 square feet making it perfect for family vacations. Entering the 1st floor, there is a cozy game room that is sure to attract children and adults alike with its' large assortment of puzzles and board games. The game room is furnished with a sleeper sofa which provides extra sleeping capacity. Located on this floor are 3 bedrooms, one being a master bedroom. The second floor level features an open architectural design with large living room, dining room, and kitchen, creating the perfect environment for entertaining or large gatherings. A second master bedroom is located on this floor, as well. Outside the 2nd floor is a covered and tiled porch which overlooks a private green area. A barbecue grill is conveniently placed off the kitchen and a hanging bed/swing entices afternoon "nappers" to a breezy corner of the porch. The 3rd floor tower, complete with a new full bath, includes another pull-out sofa for additional sleeping space in a very enjoyable part of the home. The tower room extends to an open sun deck providing the perfect place to bask in the sun, enjoy brilliant sunsets, or listen to the surf at night.
