We offer endless sands, (the whitest sandy beaches in the world), boundless waters, continuous laughter and absolutely great seafood near Rosemary Beach Florida area. Come join us in the fun while staying in our home and see the beautiful emerald green/blue waters thus the name "The Emerald Coast", here in Florida.

Our home is located in the High Pointe Resort Condominiums Complex next to Rosemary Beach, Florida. High Pointe Resort is exquisitely landscaped and consists of 5 building units with over 600 ft of private beach right on the emerald water. Our unit faces the massive lagoon pool, the ocean and beach is located directly through the lagoon pool. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance from our home. During the spring and summer, High Pointe Resort has an onsite resturant at the pool. So, if you desire, you may just walk or drive to many fine eateries, you decide! Remember it's your time and your vacation.

Our home is located on the ground floor facing the lagoon pool. High Pointe Resort has on-site security within a gated complex/entrance. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and very well maintained allowing for privacy and glimpsing views of the lagoon pool. To reach the pool, you are less than 10 steps away, just step out onto our lanai and walk 10 steps.

Our condo has all that you and your family will need for a superb time. Call or email us today and start enjoying a relaxing vacation or if you just need a simple a short holiday away. Escape the over crowed beaches, traffic, and high rise buildings of nearby popular vacation spots, like Destin and Panama City Beach. Instead relax in a tranquil settings in our upscale pool side condo which offers onsite gated security, tennis courts, a children playground/shuffle board and a great beachfront grill offering snacks/burgers/hot dogs and drinks (in season). April - Sept.

The Resort has an on site resturant during Spring and Summer months. Come right out of the pool or up from the beach for sandwiches and a cool drink(great if you also have children). Now the New Pier Park is open and full of fun for adults and children down in Panama City. Take the kids to the Zoo in Panama City or Gulfaraium for a full show of the dolphins. Come on down, we are just waiting on you and your family! The Emerald Waters are cool, fun and oh so refreshing!
