We are proud to offer you our luxury beach cottage located just east of Seaside, Florida. Built in 2005 and fully furnished by a local interior design company.

Our luxury villa is located just 150 yards to private beach access and two on site heated swimming pools. Relax on your huge private porch just off the owners suite! Built in 2005 and fully furnished by a local interior design company.

The following quality products are featured in our cottage: Nine foot smooth ceilings throughout, Kohler fixtures throughout, Hardwood floors in the great room, kitchen, and bedrooms, Tile in all the baths, Granite counter tops in the kitchen, Stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, Bead board in the bathrooms, Exterior showers to wash the sand off before you enter the home. The exterior is made of Hardi Plank. This is a cement board that has the appearance of wood.

Soak up the sun and enjoy the breathtaking beauty of miles of sugar sand beaches. This hideaway is nestled between the beautiful beaches of Seaside and Rosemary Beach.
