Sweet Tea is a spacious, newly built beach house with a private pool that's just a short walk to the deeded beach access. The expansive porches offer gulf views from the top floors which will allow you to enjoy spectacular sunsets with privacy. Sweet Tea is located in the residential community of Seacrest with miles of jogging and bike trail along Highway 30-A. This area is quiet but close to restaurants, shopping and the recreational activities of Alys, Rosemary and Seaside beaches.
The house sleeps 12 and has 4 bedrooms plus a bonus sleeping room and 4 full bathrooms. The living area on the second floor has a large flat screen TV for family movies and games and wi-fi internet service is provided as well. The kitchen is a cook's delight with stainless appliances, granite counters and custom cabinets. Beautifully decorated... Sweet Tea is the perfect destination for your family's special beach getaway!
