Welcome to "Blossom" at Magnolia Cottages By The Sea and escape to our home of comfort & quality. Our home is a short one minute walk to the seasonally heated pool & two minute walk to the beach access. We're located on the popular 30A corridor that offers every vacation activity a family could want.
The guesthouse has four bedrooms and four bathrooms with two master suites easily welcoming two families for a wonderful visit to the beach. The first master suite has a king sized bed with a TV & DVD player. The second master suite has a queen sized bed with a TV with DVD player. We have two guest bedrooms, one guest room has a queen sized bed and the other has two twin sized beds. Our living room also offers a queen sized sleeper sofa.
Our home was built with quality that a vacationer can appreciate, you won't get overheated on the second floor as it has its own heating and cooling system. We have a washing machine and dryer in our home for your use. Bring your laptop and use our free wireless internet. Our solid interior doors and Australian Cypress floors will keep the noise level in the home comfortable and quiet. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking utensils with custom wood cabintry and granite countertops. The dining room has space for family dinners with extra seating at the bar and the living room offers plenty of stuffed furniture with a TV & DVD player.

We took our children (3) and our grandchildren (2) .. Total of 8 ... Plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood was great for bike riding for the little ones and the pool was just steps away from our house. Loved the wrap around deck for evening family discussions! Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed. It was a safe and quiet neighborhood ... Just the best! Great memories for the entire family!

The house was awsome, there were only 2 things wrong, the house was 4 bedrooms, so it could fit at lease 8 adults. The only thing was the living room only sat 4 people, the rest had to sit on floor or at the table or bar stools. The matress,s could have used pillow tops. location to the beach was great. overall loved the home. Thanks: The Johnson,s
