It is located in the heart of scenic 30-A’s beach communities between Destin and Panama City Beach. It is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and many activities in Rosemary Beach, Watercolor and Seaside. There are 19 miles of bike paths, nearby lakes and state parks providing plenty of outdoor recreation.

"Beach Views" is a spacious three story home with a large living room, kitchen and dining room on the first floor. There is also one bedroom with twin beds and a full bathroom on the first floor. There is a covered porch on the back overlooking the pool. There are safety alarm systems on all back doors to alert if children enter backyard unattended.

The second floor consists of two master suites (one with a king bed and the other with a queen bed) with private bathrooms. Each master suite has a large deck with either pool or gulf views. The tower room on the 3rd floor provides a perfect opportunity for entertaining and to view the sunsets. The tower room can be used as a 4th bedroom with two pull out couches. The home will accommodate 8 to 10 people.
