Beachside Condominiums are located on the gulf side of 30A in the heart of Seagrove Beach. This condo is located on a 20-mile scenic stretch quietly tucked between Destin and Panama City, Florida.
Speckled with artsy villages, rare coastal dune lakes, upscale resorts, funky beach bars, world-class restaurants and 25,000 acres of protected habitats, "Scenic 30A" is the birthplace of New Urbanism and is also home to the most beautiful beaches in the world.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this charming condo during the third week of April. The decor is quaint and comfortable. It was very clean. There is a nice view of the gulf from the balcony; the location is great and convenient. We would definitely stay here again. Randi made the rental process very easy.

We had a great stay at Beachside 17. The condo is very nice and clean, with a good view. The walk to the beach is super short and easy. The condo complex is spotless. I would rent from Randi again.

Randi's place is quaint and cute as a button. The king size bed is awesome and my teens thought the bunk beds were comfortable as well. The walk to the beach is easy and close even though the steps down to the beach are steep. Our beach and condo neighbors were all delightful. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed at Beachside 17 and we had a great time. The condo had everything we needed and the beach was just steps away. The decor is very whimsical and fun -- just right for a beach condo. It was quiet and relaxing -- we couldn't have asked for better weather. The beach wasn't crowded and we met nice people and had some great meals -- especially at Cafe 30-A which is just down the street. The condo complex is in a very convenient location. All in all, our stay was a ten.

We enjoyed our most recent trip to Seagrove. "Beachside" is the 3rd condo we've stayed at in our visits to Seagrove and it is our new favorite. The condo was very clean and had plenty of towels (bath and kitchen) for the week (we had 3 adults); which, was nice because we didn't have to do laundry! September was the perfect time to visit! There were very few people on the beach and Seaside wasn't too crowded. The beds were very comfortable and the beach was easy to access. We would definitely return to Beachside 17!

My wife two girls and I stayed for one week. The condo was very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay and would deffinatly consider renting again in the future. Very short walk to the beach(about 30 sec.) Great beaches and met lots of nice people while we were there. Just a 2 min. drive to SeaSide.

My 86 Year Old Mother And My Three Sisters Had A Reunion At The Beachcrest Condo. We Had A Great Time. The Things We Did Not Expect Were To Take Our Trash Out And Run The Dishwasher Before We Left. There Were No Coffee Filters, Paper Towels, Dishwasher Soap, Etc. The Condo Was Clean And The Towels Were Nice And Thick. The Price Was Very Affordable. Next Time We Will Know To Bring More Supplies With Us.

We recently cancelled our stay at this condo due to the oil spill in the the Gulf. Initially I was leary of booking a condo that wasnt managed by a real estate agency, but Randi was great to deal with. Upon canceling our reservation Randi promptly refunded our deposit, no questions asked!

We had a great time at Beachside 17. The condo was perfect for us. We cooked there a few times, watched the movies that were already there and just really relaxed. My favorite part was the patio with the view and those great red chairs! It was right on the beach so in the mornings we could see dolphins and sting rays swimming just off the coast. We walked on the beach to Seaside for lunch and had fun biking around the fun trails. All in all, this place offers a great stay for a fun and restful vacation. Highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our stay at Beachside # 17. Comfy ( really comfy bed!) ,cozy accommodations with a lovely ocean view and just a few steps to the beach. Artfully decorated with everything we needed. Great restaurants, walking trails (in Watercolor) and a nice grocery store just a short drive away. Bike rental across the street. And BEAUTIFUL sugary sand beach ! This was a return trip for us after several years and stays in Seaside and was by far the BEST! Check out the 30A website for info re: restaurants, places to go, play, and see. Highly recommend dining at Stinky's Fish Camp (in Dune Allen) and The Red Bar (in Grayton Beach) and walks through the trails in Watercolor.

We had a great time! it was a little windy during our vacation, but everything about the condo was perfect. We used the kitchen to cook meals and enjoyed sleeping in the comfy bed. The decor was homey and fun! Lots of neat shops and restaurants close by. Be sure to take advantage of the awesome bike trails...bring a bike or rent one across the street! What a great condo! It is in a very convenient location. Lots of great restaurants and shops. Pretty view of the beach with easy access. The condo is very clean with a great kitchen and overall attractive decor. My pet thing: sheets, towels and mattress which were all great quality. We truly enjoyed our stay. Location was fabulous, such a great community, biking trails everywhere, great restaurants & shops, lovely homes on beach vs. towering ugly condo bldgs. The condo itself was extremely charming, really great "beachy" theme, great looking kitchen. We also really appreciated the little touches like DVD's and books on hand for enjoyment. What a relaxing, serene beautiful week we had! Your home at the beach was like getting a gentle hug, you thought of everything, and we felt welcomed immediately. Your attention to detail added to our comforts. We have been married for almost 23 years and it felt like a honeymoon for us. We read, walked the beach (brrrr), ate crablegs, watched the movies you provided and truly enjoyed our time. We have very busy lives and we were able to unwind and focus on each other. My husband and I rented this condo for our 5 year anniversary. We were very happy we did. The view is magnificent and the beach is only footsteps away. The unit itself is very modern and comfortable, and the rooms are painted in cheerful and soothing colors, perfect for a beach vacation. We will definitely stay here again. We know the area as we have been several times and got married at Seaside, and this particular location is, in my opinion, the best part of Seagrove Beach with the best beach access and privacy.

The minute you walk into this condo it gives you the feel of your own old fashion beach cottage with it's charming decor!,It has a beautiful view of the ocean where dolphins play early in the morning! Not one thing was needed! Equipped with everything to make a successful, fun vacation! Extremly clean and comfortable. Randi is great to work with. The beach and the emerald water was everything we were looking for with wonderful bike trails that led to quaint little towns and shopping! What a great vacation!

We had a wonderful time. The beach was spectacular. I did have a little problem with the lack of trash bags made available, the ancient microwave that either burned or undercooked the food, and the toilet was loose from the floor, and the refrigerator was leaking. None of this detered from our vacation, it was fantastic. Incidently, ours was a company owned condo, while our family had a privately owned unit!!

What a wonderful place! This condo is close to the beach, beautifully decorated, and right in the heart of Seagrove. Our family had a great time here. Great view of the ocean from our balcony, numerous restaurants nearby, and one of the most beautiful beaches I have had the oppurtunity to visit. Put Seagrove as a must do on your travel list and stay at Beachside 17!

Starting with renting on line and ending with a perfect and relaxing three and a half days on the beach, we had a wonderful experience. The condo was great and very hip. The location was convenient, too. We could ride our bikes to Seaside or to lots of other nearby areas. The owner, Randi was very easy and nice to work with. Also, the price was a good value. We will definitely recommend this condo to friends.

Our family of four(with two older children)stayed for three days,we were pretty comfortable.It's a great location.Beautiful beach, not crowded even during Spring Break.No college kids,so it's a great family place.VERY clean,great linens.This is really a great location on a beautiful beach.Our view was quite good.We will surely consider going back again.Seating is limited if you plan to watch a movie, but we got by.A little short of storage,but we did fine.Had to drive pretty far for restaurants,but there is a Publix close by.Kitchen has most of what you need.Be aware this is not like a hotel.They did not provide extra bath tissue,garbage bags,dishwasher detergent. Also the laundry is not in the condo,we realized quite late there is a single washer and dryer on side of the building for $2.Internet cost is $25/week.Some things I couldn't find, linens for the fold out and siderail for top bunk,so I had no idea they were there until we were leaving.A posted note would be a good thing.

My daughter,grandchildren and I stayed during spring break. This condo is so comfortable and "homey"!!! The decor is so cute and just fits the theme of the beach. We all felt right at home. I've stayed in condos before, but the convenience of being able to go right to the condo, with our own assigned code for entry was so nice. I would definitely stay here again. I just hope it's sooner than later!!!

Our trip to the beach couldn't have been any greater! What an awesome place! It is so happily decorated and so clean! We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings and our cocktails at night out on the balcony...what a view! The biking is great and the resturants are wonderful. Every thing that you could want or need is right there...a great place in the perfect location. We can't wait until our next visit...which will be soon I hope. I escaped from the world and landed in paradise! What a great condo to escape to! A smile came across my face the minute I walked through the door and saw such a beautifully decorated and clean place. I couldn’t wait to unpack and explore. I enjoyed my mornings sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the tall Adirondack chairs being mesmerized by the beauty of the ocean. The sunsets were incredible!! The condo was as quaint and classy as the surrounding areas. I don’t think I could have asked for a better Thanksgiving. I most definitely want to come back. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, from beginning to end.

We stayed here for our relaxing girlfriend getaway, and it was exactly what we needed. The size of the overall complex is small and comfortable, and we had plenty of privacy. Seagrove Beach was a very pleasant surprise -- laid back and not crowded, even on the beach.

Perfect, perfect, perfect - what a great time of year to go to the beach! There were no crowds and the weather was lovely. The condo was great for my husband and I and our toddler and it was located close to everything - Publix, restaurants, shopping! We will definitely be back!!!

We had a WONDERFUL vacation in Seagrove. You condo was superb! It was perfect for our family. We appreciated that it was so close to the beach, cute and very clean. Next year we'd absolutley love to rent it again in June. The weather was perfect!!

We loved this Seagrove Beach Condo. It was so clean and very tastefully decorated. I felt at home there and was able to relax (which I needed). We also loved the area. We have always stayed in the St. Pete Beach Area and we wanted to try something different. We were so glad we did! It was fun walking into Seaside to shop, eat, etc.... I would definitely rent again and recommend it to my friends. Thanks so much!

Your condo is so adorable. We all just loved the personal touches. It was very clean and exceeded our expectations. (You should put a picture of the bathroom online....the bathtub would be a great selling point). The private beach was soooooo nice as well. We had an amazing time!

My family and I were at your condo for Spring Break. We drove down from North Carolina and had a blast! Your condo is so cute and had everything we needed! The kids rode bikes for hours and we ventured into Seaside (a mile away) and had a terrific time shopping! The beach was the best.....SO CLOSE TO THE CONDO!
