STEPS FROM THE BEACH on Scenic 30A (#3030)

Write a review My husband and I rented this condo for our 5 year anniversary. We were very happy we did. The view is magnificent and the beach is only footsteps away. The unit itself is very modern and comfortable, and the rooms are painted in cheerful and soothing colors, perfect for a beach vacation. We will definitely stay here again. We know the area as we have been several times and got married at Seaside, and this particular location is, in my opinion, the best part of Seagrove Beach with the best beach access and privacy. This condo is in a perfect location. It is so close to the beach.. we loved that. You walk about 30 seconds to get to the sand!! The condo was so clean and comfortable. It is very stylish and fun. We loved our time there and will be back! Thanks Randi!! The minute you walk into this condo it gives you the feel of your own old fashion beach cottage with it's charming decor!,It has a beautiful view of the ocean where dolphins play early in the morning! Not one thing was needed! Equipped with everything to make a successful, fun vacation! Extremly clean and comfortable. Randi is great to work with. The beach and the emerald water was everything we were looking for with wonderful bike trails that led to quaint little towns and shopping! What a great vacation! What a wonderful place! This condo is close to the beach, beautifully decorated, and right in the heart of Seagrove. Our family had a great time here. Great view of the ocean from our balcony, numerous restaurants nearby, and one of the most beautiful beaches I have had the oppurtunity to visit. Put Seagrove as a must do on your travel list and stay at Beachside 17! What a GREAT condo! My family and I just spent a week at BEACHSIDE 17 and it was terrific. Great views...wonderful beds (great linens)....so close to the beach...very cute...CLEAN! It was just what we needed! We'll be back! The Q's What can I say? The condo was everything that I expected and more. After working a 60 plus hour week waking up to the waves hitting the shore was just what I needed. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a cozy weekend getaway on the coast. Can't wait to book the spot again. Satisfied Renter Starting with renting on line and ending with a perfect and relaxing three and a half days on the beach, we had a wonderful experience. The condo was great and very hip. The location was convenient, too. We could ride our bikes to Seaside or to lots of other nearby areas. The owner, Randi was very easy and nice to work with. Also, the price was a good value. We will definitely recommend this condo to friends. My daughter,grandchildren and I stayed during spring break. This condo is so comfortable and "homey"!!! The decor is so cute and just fits the theme of the beach. We all felt right at home. I've stayed in condos before, but the convenience of being able to go right to the condo, with our own assigned code for entry was so nice. I would definitely stay here again. I just hope it's sooner than later!!! Our trip to the beach couldn't have been any greater! What an awesome place! It is so happily decorated and so clean! We enjoyed our coffee in the mornings and our cocktails at night out on the balcony...what a view! The biking is great and the resturants are wonderful. Every thing that you could want or need is right there...a great place in the perfect location. We can't wait until our next visit...which will be soon I hope. Please don't change a thing...'cause it's just right! I escaped from the world and landed in paradise! What a great condo to escape to! A smile came across my face the minute I walked through the door and saw such a beautifully decorated and clean place. I couldn’t wait to unpack and explore. I enjoyed my mornings sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the tall Adirondack chairs being mesmerized by the beauty of the ocean. The sunsets were incredible!! The condo was as quaint and classy as the surrounding areas. I don’t think I could have asked for a better Thanksgiving. I most definitely want to come back. Sheila & David We stayed here for our relaxing girlfriend getaway, and it was exactly what we needed. The size of the overall complex is small and comfortable, and we had plenty of privacy. Seagrove Beach was a very pleasant surprise -- laid back and not crowded, even on the beach. the condo was very cute and homey - loved the decor! the view was amazing and the walk to the beach took seconds...the location was perfect - very close to good restaurants and close to seaside as well. The condo was great for my husband and I and our toddler and it was located close to everything - Publix, restaurants, shopping! We will definitely be back!!! We had a WONDERFUL vacation in Seagrove. You condo was superb! It was perfect for our family. We appreciated that it was so close to the beach, cute and very clean. Next year we'd absolutley love to rent it again in June. The weather was perfect!! We loved this Seagrove Beach Condo. It was so clean and very tastefully decorated. I felt at home there and was able to relax (which I needed). We also loved the area. We have always stayed in the St. Pete Beach Area and we wanted to try something different. We were so glad we did! It was fun walking into Seaside to shop, eat, etc.... I would definitely rent again and recommend it to my friends. Thanks so much! Your condo is so adorable. We all just loved the personal touches. It was very clean and exceeded our expectations. (You should put a picture of the bathroom online....the bathtub would be a great selling point). The private beach was soooooo nice as well. We had an amazing time!
