Description of the Seagrove Beach vacation condo rental

This one-bedroom condominium has just undergone a major renovation. Fresh paint, brand-new tile floors throughout, all new furniture and linens, new dishes and appliances. This upstairs unit has a queen-size bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the den so it comfortably sleeps four people. The balcony overlooks the beautifully landscaped courtyard and there is a small view of the gulf. This unit also has a TV in the bedroom which is rare for Beachwood Villas. Brand new mattress purchased in July 2007 for a great nights sleep.

This is a great, family-oriented community with beautifully landscaped grounds, two swimming pools (one heated in February and part of March), tennis courts, shuffleboard, kids play area, and several outdoor grills. There are also bike racks available in the parking lot to store your bikes.

Bring the family down and relax for a wonderful experience in Seagrove. We are across the street from the beach. It is just a short walk to the gorgeous sugar white beaches and to nearby restaurants.

No pets and no smoking are allowed.

We are just 1.5 mi down the road from well know Seaside, FL. There are several restaurants within walking & biking distance. There is a bike path that will take you to Rosemary Beach, Seaside, Grayton, etc. There are no movies or malls in this area it is nice and quiet. However, on a rainy day it is a short 30 min drive to Destin or Panama City where you can go to the big attractions for the day. There is a Publix grocery store just about 2 mi away.

There are 2 pools in the complex, tennis courts and shuffleboard. Plenty of room for the kids to play in the courtyard as well. There is a bike path across the street from our complex.

• Deposits: 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival.
   
• Other Fees: Rentals 5 days or less will be charged an extra $60 cleaning fee. This fee is waived for 6+ days rentals. You are welcome to use a credit card, but there is an extra 2.9% processing fee.
