You won't want to leave the balcony. But if you do, you'll have large glass doors with ocean view off Master bedroom and Living room. Sleeps 6 max, King size bed in Master Bedroom, Twin beds in Guest Bedroom, Queen Sleeper Sofa in Living Room.

Electronics: 42' flat screen TV & DVD in Living Room; Master Bedroom has 20' flat screen TV with DVD player; Guest Bedroom has 15' flat TV with DVD/VCR. All 3 TVs have cable access. CD player, binoculars and two way radios in Living Room.

Special amenities include: Mirrored walls in Living Room, Dining, and both Bedrooms; Mirrored shelves with wet bar in Living/Dining area. Tile throughout with area rugs, bedrooms carpeted. Tiled balcony with lounge chair and table with 4 chairs. Tennis court, Work out room and Heated outdoor pool(winter months). Beach umbrella and chair service included March through October.

Located along 30A, you can walk or bike to Seaside or take a short drive to a number of fine restaurants in the area, everything from locally caught seafood to French, Creole, and Pizza. There is a fresh seafood market next door if you decide to eat in. Video rental place is close by. Nature preserves in the area provide lovely exploring by bike or car. The charming Seaside and Watercolor communities have beautiful biking paths winding through palm forests and lakes with artsy bridges and boardwalk decor. Unique art galleries, local crafts and boutiques are also a healthy walk or bike ride distance.
