It does not get any better than our condo-Reach out & almost touch the emerald ocean & pristine sugar white sand from our lg gulf porch that spans the width of the condo! Sugar Dunes condo #5 is located directly on a gorgeous 350ft+ stretch of sugar white beach along the Gulf of Mexico in Seagrove Beach, FL. It offers spectacular expansive ocean views from the wall of windows/doors facing the gulf. A locking door off this porch goes directly onto a stairway onto the beach, so it’s very convenient to come & go from the beach. No long walks to & from the beach means more time for you to relax!

Our condo is decorated in colorful, comfortable custom beach décor with tile floors. This spacious 1600 sq ft unit is on one level, with just two steps down into the GR and is sure to please you with it’s 3BR/3BA private floor plan, fully equipped island kitchen, full size washer/dryer, 4 cable TVs, inclucing in all BR, complimentary WIFI, IPOD ready Stereo system, and an assortment of books, DVDs,Videos, and games for all ages.

Enjoy the incredible views of the pristine sugar white beach and emerald water from the living room, dining room, kitchen and even the master bedroom. Our large gulf front porch has seating for 8 and features unobstructed views of the gulf of mexico. Sugar Dunes complex has just 24 units, is gated with parking, and has charcoal grills in the common area. Our condo unit is just east of the center elevator on the second level, so away from the public neighborhood walkway located on the western end of the complex. One stay in our “piece of paradise” and you’ll be hooked for sure!

The beach in front of our condo is reminencent of the beaches of yesteryear, asnd the neighborhood is located 4 blocks SOUTH of HI-30-A, with mostly homes and lowrise condos. There is a bike path that stretches the length of HI-30-A, and our complex has bike racks, so bring your bikes to explore the whole area.

What to do nearby: Seagrove Beach is part of the Beaches of South Walton. Experience an array of local dining from casual to white table cloth. No fast food within 15 miles!!
Full serive grocery store within 5 miles. Besides sun bathing, relaxing and reading on the beach, try biking to the internationally acclaimed architectural village of Seaside, golf one of the 5 world class courses within a 30 minute drive. If you like fishing, deep sea fishing charters available from either Destin Harbor or Panama City Beach Grand Lagoon, or fish from the beach in front of the condo or rent a kayak to paddle Eastern Lake, the nearest of the coastal dune lakes unique to this area.

Speciality Shops galore in Seagrove, Seaside, Grayton Beach, “shop til you drop” at the Siler Sands Designer Outlet Mall in San Destin, Pier Park in Panama City Beach or Baytown Wharf in San Destin offer many speciality shops and dining opportunities. There’s not enough time during a week long vacation to experience all this wonderful area has to offer and still relax to get a great FL suntan!

Short beach walk to coastal dune Eastern Lake or Deer Lake State Park; coastal dune lakes are unique to this area. Bike to Seaside or Watercolor.
