Description of the Seagrove Beach vacation home rental
"Sunshine Daydream" is just 1.8 miles from the town of Seaside, located halfway between Destin and Panama City. The community is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and many other activities in Seaside, Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, Destin and Panama City. There are great bike paths, lakes and state parks, not to mention the Beach, nearby to provide plenty of outdoor activities.
"Sunshine Daydream" is a professionally decorated four Bedroom, four and a half bath home designed to sleep ten to fourteen and is perfect for two families or a group of friends. It features three bedrooms, all with king size beds, and a kids bunkroom that sleeps four. There is additional sleeping for four, two on a sleeper sofa and two on the tower day bed.

Seagrove Beach is noted for its fine, white sand and clear turquoise waters. One of the Southern coast's last unspoiled beaches.
Seagrove has been designated a Blue Wave Beach from the Clean Beach Council. The Blue Wave, America’s first environmental certification for beaches, recognizes responsible beach management practices, including water quality, beach and intertidal conditions, safety, services, habitat conservation, public education and erosion management.
We are close to the towns of Seaside, Watercolor and Watersound. Lots of shopping is nearby.

Beautiful House in Great Neighborhood in Seagrove

We stayed at this house for Spring Break with 2 families for a week in March. The house is beautiful and very comfortable for families. It's a very short walk to the beach and the 2 pools are great. Seagrove Beach is a wonderful area with lots of restaurants and just about 2 miles from Seaside. We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Vacation

Great house very close to the beach. Perfect little get away that accomodated 10 of us very easily. Very nice location. The hou se was great and decorated nicely. I do reccommend that you bring a few pots and pans and good knives if you want to do some cooking. The ones provided are not great. Also a pizza cutter would be a great utensil to provide. The maid service was not fabulous but it was adequate. No toilet paper was left in the downstairs bath when we arrived. It seemed they just rushed through and didn't vacuum that well. But the set up was nice. There was plenty of space and it was comfortable . The beach was great and the chair rental was easy at the beach . My kids were 13 and older and the house was a great setup for us. We would definately rent again.

Perfect beachouse

Loved!Loved!Loved the house. Decorated precious and very warm and cozy to stay in. Looksnlike it could be in a magazine for Pottery Barn. Great distance from the beach, kids loved both pools and very well maintained neighborhood. We will definitely be back to Seaside and will for sure stay at this house again. Lots of great memories and fun with family and friends!

Family Vacation 2010

We rented Sunshine Daydream in Summers Edge for our family vacation this year. The house is beautiful and well located for easy access to the beach and the pools, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, Publix and The Red Bar. The granddaughters loved the bunk room, and all the adults were happy with their bedrooms except the couple who got the third floor daybed/trundle--- not great. I misread and was under the impression that a queen sofa bed was in the 3rd floor room also. We were supposed to get the house at 4 p.m. on Sat., but the cleaners were not finished until 4:30 or 5 and that was irritating for weary travelers with tired children waiting in our cars after an 8 hour drive. Then another person came who wanted to do an inspection walk-through, but realizing how hot and tired we were, let us in without doing it. Not getting the house until nearly 5p.m. and having to check out before 10a.m. the following Sat. meant we really lost a day at the beach. The kitchen lacked pot holders, and the toaster did not work. Parking was a problem - we had 4 cars. Luckily the house next door was empty all week! But we loved the decor, the outdoor shower, the layout, the comfy king beds, and the bikes and beach toys! A great beach house for a large family!

We were down at this beautiful house for Thanksgiving. It was a wonderful family reunion for us all. We had folks from Texas and Atlanta. What wonderful accomodations for everyone. The beach was so close. We had a wonderful time and would like to do it again soon.
