Description of the Seagrove Beach vacation home rental

Beautiful twin home ready for large groups and family reunions. You can rent one side or both sides. One side sleeps 10 or combine the two and sleep 20. Large rooms,8 bedrooms and private den with Q sleeper. Fully equiped kitchen and private pool. Walking distance to Seaside. On the south side of 30A and on a private cul-de-sac. Private easement to the beach and many extras for your convenience. Quoted rates are for both units. Single unit rate is half of quoted rate. Spring Break and Summer rentals now being taken.

Seagrove and Seaside only a mile away. Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Rosemary Beach and many other highlights of the 30A area are right here. The south side of 30A keeps you from having to walk across the road to the beach with the kids and beach toys. Walking and biking path leads to Deer Lake State Park and Grayton State Park less than 5 miles.

Our family spent a week at this double home. It is a wonderful place, with parking on the ground level, living space on two higher levels. We loved the spaciousness and the location, with a private walkway to the beach. Overall, we were very happy with the house and furnishings, and when we needed something, the owners were quick to accommodate. We utilized both kitchens simultaneously and were so happy to have them. Climate control was no problem as there were separate controls for upstairs and downstairs and every room except the bunkbeds had a ceiling fan. However, there were a few things that could be improved. There were no sheets on at least one of the beds, and no extra blankets, pillowcases, etc, though they were quickly provided. The kitchen cupboards were jumbled and disorganized. Equipment had obviously been carried from one side to the other and never resorted. Some of the deck/pool furniture and toys were unusable. We would all definitely go back there next time.

There were 18 of us and we had plenty of room to spread out yet still be together. The six grandkids were thrilled to be able to stay in the same house. The private pool was the highlight of the vacation. Only gave it four stars due to the water in the Gulf while we were there. Full of algae and jellyfish. Thank goodness for the pool. Hope we can come back again.

What a perfect place to vacation with family and friends!! We have rented HMS Sunrise previously with a small number of family. This time we rented HMS Sunrise and Sunset for a larger group of family and friends. Perfect accommodations, beach, pool; secluded yet everthing easily available. It was like living in your own beach home. Absolutely perfect. We will be back yet again next year.
