Description of the Seagrove Beach vacation home rental
A new two-story 4 bedroom home with garage. The home features FOUR BEDROOMS, three and a half baths, with ten-foot ceilings on the first floor and nine-foot ceilings on the second floor and a 430 square-foot porch.

Somerset Bridge is a small gated community in the Heart of Seagrove, sitting on the north side of 30A and will have the use of the up-and-coming Seagrove Highlands amenities. At this time, the amenities include use of the clubhouse, with a fishing pier and swimming pool. There is also a public beach access at the end of the road which is a five-minute walk to the Gulf. The community is nestled in a Nature Preserve.

Beaches of South Walton remains the only destination in the nation to have all 26-miles of coastline certified as "Blue Wave" beaches by the Clean Beach Council. This seal of approval helps vacationers identify well managed beaches that are safe, clean and pristine.
Area Info
This house is located in the heart of Seagrove in a quiet gated community. The complex has its own PRIVATE swimming pool, clubhouse and walking trails. It is also within close walking/driving distance to several outstanding restaurants.

Located between Destin and Panama City, Seagrove is close to various shopping, entertainment areas and golf courses. Other popular nearby beach towns include Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach.

Spacious home provided privacy and comfort for all. Nice beach and golf cart makes it really easy to access. The bicycling was really special and the rental shop for additional bikes is easy to reach. All in all very pleasant vacation at a great location to Seaside.

Great House for Multi Family Vacation!

We rented this house with another couple for a week long vacation. We had 4 adults and 6 teenagers and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves! The rooms are appointed great, the kitchen has more than you will ever think you need, plenty of towels for everyone, a provided golf cart and 6 bikes for easy transportation to the beach and lots of beach toys to play with! One minor golf cart issue was addressed with rapid speed and working with Julie, the owner, was extremely easy. We loved the town of Seagrove and will most likely vacation here again and hope to rent the same beautiful house!

The house in Seagrove Beach was great. After a sad year for all of us we lost our grandson Nathan in October and my grandmother in March so it was important for us all to be together on Mothers Day this year. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood but it was still close to any activity the children wanted to do. We hope to be back next year. Thanks Vicky Hulsey

Beautiful new home in a quiet neighborhood in Seagrove, FL. Quick walk and quicker golf cart ride to the beach. Very private and peaceful. Midway between Panama City Beach and Destin, FL with easier and less congested access to PCB. 2 miles to Publix grocery store. Close to local coffee shops, sandwich shops, and other local retail establishments. Seaside is 1 mile away. Highly recommend the home.
