Bright, fun, Caribbean colors in this home will set the mood for your beach vacation on Florida’s beautiful emerald coast. "Limoncello" is part of a collection of homes in Summer’s Edge, a family oriented beachside community located in the heart of scenic 30-A’s beach communities (between Destin and Panama City Beach). It is just minutes away from shopping, restaurants and many activities in Rosemary Beach, Watercolor and Seaside. There are 19 miles of bike paths, nearby lakes and state parks providing plenty of outdoor recreation. Of course, you can always enjoy the miles of unspoiled beaches or one of two neighborhood pools. The beach access and both pools are a 100 yard stroll through the neighborhood.

"Limoncello" is a four bedroom, three and one-half bath beach home designed to comfortably sleep 10. The spacious and open living room, dining room and kitchen are on the 1st floor along with a bunk room the kids will love (with their own TV). There is a shower in the laundry room off the back porch â€" convenient for after a day at the beach. On the second floor there is a large master suite with king sized bed, chaise lounge, access to large covered porch and master bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. There are two other guest bedrooms which share a full bathroom â€" one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds. All bedrooms have TVs and ceiling fans. The home is equipped with surround sound in the living room, stereo and speakers throughout the house and wireless internet. The covered second floor deck provides a perfect place to relax, enjoy the sunsets over the gulf or gaze at the starry, starry night.
