"Sand Shovel" is an elegant three bedroom beach home located in Seagrove Beach’s secluded Seawatch neighborhood. The home is on a large corner lot, with beautiful landscaping, a private pool and steps from the pristine, powdered sugar sand beach.

This two story beach home is professionally decorated and has all the comforts of home including a spacious living and dining area, fully equipped gourmet kitchen and well appointed bedrooms. On the first floor, there is the kitchen, large living room, dining room and full bathroom. The living areas include a series of French doors overlooking an inviting "L" shaped pool and terrace. The living room has a large gas fireplace for the cooler months. All of this sits with a backdrop of sweeping gulf views.

Three generous bedrooms, each with their own full bathrooms, are located on the second floor. The master bedroom with a king bed and private sitting area offers incredible views of the gulf from inside as well as from a private deck. The second bedroom also has a king bed and its own private deck with pool and gulf views. The third bedroom includes two twin beds.
